Oda genişliği ve teras manzarası olumlu özellikleriydi. Fakat olumsuz yönleri o kadar fazla ki berbat bir deneyim yaşadık. Odaya girdiğimiz gibi ağır bir koku bizi karşıladı. Banyoda bulunun yoğun idrar kokusu tüm odayı esir almıştı. Odada bulunan mobilyalar eski ve pisti. Pencerelerde sineklik olmadığı için odayı havalandırmak istediğimizde odayı sivri sinekler bastı. Klima sadece gürültü çıkarıyor ama asla serinletmiyordu. Konum olarak şehir merkezine ve metro hattına uzak. Otopark için ekstra ücret talep ediliyor ki bu çok saçma. Kahvaltı salonundaki tefrişat ürünleri ve diger ürünler de oda gibi eski ve pisti. Kahvaltı için yenilebilecek ürünler kalitesiz olsa da miktar yeterli.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable.

For a 4 star hotel not to be able to serve dinner and the carpet floor look like there been a teenage party for weeks. Little security and room safe inop. Towls falling apart due to use and taxi did not show up twice.

Hotels.com sold me a standard room with a free upgrade. I was given a basic room or could pay £60 per night for the free upgrade and was told they only have a few rooms they give free upgrades on. Eventually, the next day, got moved. However, the room then wasn’t serviced, I had to ask for some clean towels. The next day I was promised housekeeping but not till after lunch. At 4:30, still not done so had to have another conversation. Was very disappointed. Breakfast, cool instead of hot cooked breakfast, just in tin trays with no lids, the rest was bland. The coffee was ok. One of the bar staff was ok. One of the receptionists was ok. Location, in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom was tiny and would benefit from a refresh.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and renovated, good breakfast, the parking lot is behind the hotel very convenient.

Hôtel correcte pour le prix. Mais un pue limite pour un 4étioles. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre comme indiqué. Petites chambres. Si non très propre. Personnel aimable.

Хороший отель, в центр нужно ехать. Мы брали такси, стоит 5 евро, занимает 10 минут. Вокруг лес. Достаточно тихо, но вокруг ничего нет. Но мы сами выбирали этот отель, нам было удобно.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and very clean. The staff was kind and friendly even accepted to check-in earlier than mentioned on the booking.

The check in experience with Petar was terrible. He was unwelcoming and unpleasant. I felt like he was trying not to check me in and help. I suggest that management can improve this process

I was traveling through to Greece and it was a night stop over also to see the city.

Amazing value...wonderful staff We were given an upgrade to an apartment which was perfect as I was in Sofia for dental work..so was able to make my own food as I was only able to eat certain things. Would highly recommend this hotel
