The stove top. Broken Diners chairs broken Restroom sink broken Bedroom sofa broken I can’t up some videos the stove and chairs I be there for two day anybody do anything for fix. Smell really bad. And the stove l can’t turn off it’s super hot I’m very disappointed

Place is great second time staying here.. clean and all the amenities I wanted. Walking to mgm a breeze. Great pools..

The rooms are beautiful, clean, and quiet. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a walkable distance from the strip and has a Walgreens nearby for any supplies. It also has a tunnel leading to the MGM in tower 2 which is very convenient.my husband and I always have a great time staying at this hotel and have made it our Go-To.

TV was not working and water pressure in shower not the greatest

I had a water leak that couldn’t be fixed while I stayed there. The dripping noise in the shower-and this was a downpour more than a drip-jkept me awake every night and I couldn’t sleep. The dripping noise was intolerable. I will be working to get a refund.

Always a good stay here, definitely recommend. Its also family friendly environment.

My bathroom door was broke

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a family of raccoons! I expected a luxury experience, but this stay was a disaster from start to finish. The worse luxury hotel I’ve ever reserved. The room's air conditioning blew hot air the entire time, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Worse, part of the wall frame actually fell and hit me in the head. I reported it to the front desk, and the clerk promised an officer would file a claim, no one ever showed up. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, no one ever came to clean the room during our 3-night stay. For the price and the hotel’s supposed reputation, this was completely unacceptable.

Place is awesome! Condo Suite was great. There was someone smoking pot most of the weekend in a no smoking room; which is unpleasant, but it is Vegas!

Everything was spot clean and the staff were very helpful upon arrival. The room was nice and ready for my stay and checkout was a breeze. Very well designed and high end furniture it was well worth the price offered.

Check-in was terrible. It was not busy, the clerk basically ran my credit card and gave me a room key. He didn’t give me a map of the resort nor explain where or what the amenities were. He acted as if he was annoyed by me. It was around 7:30 pm. The bell hop was more helpful and friendly.
