Hotel was clean and just a 5 min drive to the beach and downtown

Soundproof is not very good. However we like the restaurant very much. It is a common area for chat with friends, for a snack and coffee and hot water is provided all day long.

There was no hot water at the bathroom sink.

Lovely property with some eating areas in adjacent shopping center. Parking was super easy. Staff was great and room was open and clean.

We were treated amazingly well by the staff and the rooms (we had 3) were nicely remodeled and very nice.

Smelled unpleasant musty smell

Enjoying the hot tub and free breakfast! The room is spacious with a nice view of the sunset from the fourth floor!

Parking odd and slightly inconvenient when weather is inclement.

Most uncomfortable beds ive ever had at a Hampton Inn. Very noisy, outside and inside. Definitely not worth the cost at $187 a night. No pool entry from inside hotel. Room was specious, wish each room had its own microwave, only king comes with one.

Overnight parking expensive.

I can always count on a great experience at Hampton Inn & Suites. The staf is courteous and professional, the rooms are tidy and comfortable and the breakfast is so convenient and delicious!

Stayed here the night before our cruise out of Long Beach. Great location, lots of food options, easy to get to the port terminal.

We stayed here for two days while we were evacuated for the fires. I was so grateful they were pet friendly, and the shared area had a chill attitude.
