There was no front desk. The first room had a broken window. The second had a broken fire alarm that kept beeping. There was no phone in the room (literally had a fake phone). Seemed like a motel in a pit stop.

Front desk was not open at 10pm, people backed up trying to check in with someone going in and out of an office. Conditions were very poor, rusty fridge, missing drawers, bathroom door handle fell off. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night due to smokers (in a non-smoking hotel/state) If I would have had another option that late I would have taken my daughter elsewhere.

Was fecal matter on wall near toilet - exterior side doors didn’t work - worst of all front desk gated after dark - fire alarms went off app midnight - no staff to be found - and card wouldn’t work in lobby door to get back in - vicinity was questionable! Won’t stay again!

Smells of weed. Dirty floors. Hair in the bed. Hair on the toilet. Rust all over the fridge and appliances. Rust on the bathroom counter. Just all around dirty place to be in.

Service Counter not open late. Late check-in cumbersome. Looks okay from the outside, but tired, smelly and worn out inside. Would not stay there again.

Nice and very quiet

The front desk claimed that I checked in too late and that they had given my room away but they still charged my credit card and it was more than the amount provided by Expedia. I’m still awaiting a refund and was left with out a hotel room for that night

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They did not give us the room we paid for and made no apologies whatsoever and refused a refund and then they had no breakfast as promised and the front desk closed at 10 and didn’t open until 10 am and the keys constantly didn’t work so we were often locked out of our room with no front desk worker

Entire third floor smelled like smoke, bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Carpet in hallway needed vacuumed

The room was very nasty also bugs in the restroom in the am when I woke up…. TV barely worked…. I want a full refund….

We only needed to stay for one night, but the room was clean, bed comfortable, and the floor was quiet. Would recommend for even a short terms stay.

No hold on card Could use larger towels

Property was pretty quiet majority of the time. Nice simple check in and towel sets and soap were provided.

Got to check in late and no employees around had to call the office twice and 30mins later we were able to start the check in process. Truly find unappreciated and un welcomed.

Infestation of ants coming in from cracks all over the hotel room and bathroom. Gathered in clusters. Lifted up the sheets and there were bugs underneath and blood. Lifted up the couch cushions and there was food from the most recent guest underneath. Sinks weren’t clean. Debris left from previous tenants. Was here for a work stay and left early to check in somewhere else because of how disgusting this place was. No toiletries or clean towels. Entire place reeked of smoke.

Sara at the front desk was very welcoming, accommodating and efficient! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the location is quiet. A great place to to rest your head.

When you know better you do better , you live how you was raised , holiday inn and suites, whyndam suites, hell even comfort innn ,would never !!! They need new management and employees, or they need to be shut the hell down ASAP!!! NEVER AGAIN !! “ cause wasn’t absolutely nothing extended nor suite about it at all

I came to stay just one night Tory concert and was greeted promptly when I came in. When I went to go talk to them regarding my dogs and inquiring where my dogs needed to go to the bathroom the person at the front desk was very informative and provided my pups some treats! They made myself and my pups feel very welcomed
