Wow staff were helpful and friendly they made the stay great!

Beautiful panoramic views and awesome pool facilities. Rooms were a little small and outdated and the carpet and furniture was stained. The rooms could have improved on cleanliness but overall its a great location within walking distance to the main downtown. Good stay!

Good value. We reserved the spa for sunset and the views were amazing! Decent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Property was lovely, staff was helpful and pleasant, location was wonderful, lovely pool, gorgeous landscaping, beautiful views. It just felt a tiny bit run down.

Checkin staff were excellent. Room was very clean and well maintained. View was excellent. It is easy to walk to a nearby area with many restaurants. We also had a great dinner at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good—excellent fruit salad! Pool area is nice. Friendly staff overall.

Need more improvement in the hotel condition

Very happy I chose the Panoramic for a short visit. Amazing property & sunset views, nice pool and bar area, convenient restaurant on-site, and walkable to the local downtown with many restaurant & shopping options

Great hotel with lovely views of the river and 3 borders. Short walk to bars and restaurants. Didn't notice any noise. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was very nice and they helped us arranging all our daily trips to the falls.

Es tranquila, la comida del restaurante es exquisita, la atención, amabilidad del personal excelente, siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarme con cualquier situación que tuviera, me entregaron la habitación a las 10 am, mucho antes del check in, me consiguieron el traslado el cual llegó súper rápido

This hotel has beautiful views and overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool area is lovely. There are a few strange things, for example, they don't provide any safe drinking water. Even to fill up your own bottle you have to pay a dollar. The staff tell you not to drink the tap water. I got locked in my room because the door handle broke. I couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. Luckily I had their WhatsApp to contact them. The staff were neither surprised nor apologetic so I got the impression this was a common occurrence. They fixed it and it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I might stay again. It was just a bit weird.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel! The view of the rivers is the best in town and it was so close to the restaurants and bars! Pool was refreshing and pool bar service was great!

Everyone in the property is AMAZING‼️ omg! They go above & beyond for you! Friendly, courteous, quick, professional 👌 simply outstanding. Marcelo at reception was very helpful booking me dinner options & accomodating me to use spa at checkout for bath after my Iguaçu excursion & before flight. Lucas/greeter/bellman was very professional but friendly receiving me at the door every time even remembering it was my bday & always quick to help with anything! Aldana AM reception went above & beyond helping me to contact my airport pick up company after a misunderstanding. I am so grateful for her patience & aid!. Violeta was very helpful booking my taxi, one of which became a personal friend! Her soft voice & gentle nature are charming. She's so sweet. Sending a message for my bday! Everyone at the hotel made sure my stay was extraordinary! As a woman solo traveling on her bday to a country I had never visited before, these details are greatly appreciated 🤗 The grounds_pool area are so impeccable 👌 I fell in.love since I saw pictures of it online. Didn't disappoint. Rooms are a bit outdated, maybe stained rugs, but everything else exceeded expectations & everything was neat & clean nonetheless 💯✨️😍🥰 I have already recommended to my friends! Cant stop talking about my magical stay! So convenient & close to airport/falls/restaurants 😉
