Our stay was a good experience.

Great location, close to University, ample parking. Excellent staff service. Only 1 restaurant , there is fast breakfast option.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a great location for U of G. Have stayed several times and it’s always clean and consistent. Restaurant is good too. Only recommendation is adding a grab bar in the shower/tub as it can be slippery getting in and out, especially for older guests.

I didn't like the $16.00 charge applied to my visa. It was for self parking outside on lot. No microwave in King suite. Overpriced hotel. Location good.

Staff were incredibly helpful, we left some important items behind after check out. Staff quickly located items and assisted us in getting them back safely. Breakfast is so good we tried to replicate the recipes at home the following weekend! Whipped ricotta avocado toast!!!!

This is a lovely hotel a stone’s throw from the U of G. They have a great bar and restaurant as well.

Room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. Conveniently located near University of Guelph

Room did not match the price point. Compared to other hotels. Wall paper peeling, bath taps dripping , pocket doors on bathroom, vanity not insude bathroom. Staff was exceptional .

Friendly staffs, sizable room, very comfortable bed with soft towels. Bar Mason downstairs offers great food and drinks. Location is convenient to shopping.

Hotel is dated , also not much to do , doesn’t have many areas to relax that are welcoming , especially with a group for sports . We had to have our drinks in the front lobby with the parents of our sports team , smelling smoke from outside and feeling cold . It was not ideal. I was also disappointed free breakfast isn’t included , and no pool or hot tub. Not much for kids to do at all . Was also disappointed to have pay $15 daily for parking in a parking lot with lots of spaces , they are not limited for parking, so not sure why we had to pay extra for it . It would be nice if the hotel had an outside bbq area or gas fire pit to enjoy while staying there . The hotel is lacking in that department big time .

The room was clean and bright, staff friendly and helpful! Close to university and shopping. Great location. I wish the gym had more to offer, and a pool would have been nice, but not necessary.
