Check in was lack luster, the young man could care less. The room was spotless the best housekeep team! The room looked brand new the sheets were perfection. Breakfast not good! The lady serving has excellent customer service and she makes great coffee. The night auditor was very friendly and informative. Room 202, do not get that room the drag racing around 3 AM will keep you up all night. The lobby furniture needs replaced. The stay was two nights but the hotel is very clean. Housekeeping needs a raise because the room was a WOW in cleanness. I would recommend staying here just no food walking distance.

Convenience

The hotel was very nice and clean and a great location. We have stayed there a couple years in a row and enjoyed both stays.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed the hotel was occupied to capacity which makes no sense because we booked prior to arrival after waiting over an hour we finally received a room but however it wasn’t the room we initially booked. We are a family of 5 so definitely need two beds and at least 4 sets of towels called down for the extra towels and was told they were out due to being to capacity extremely ridiculous considering the price of the hotel and location you should always have back stock of supplies.

The only down side is the road noise but you can’t do anything about that.

Lots of shopping and food options! I wish the pool was open later than 10 but ither than that it was the perfect stay!

It was very good. The location is perfect. Very clean throughout the hotel. Reasonably priced.

I am a victim of domestic violence and checked into the hotel because I had to vacate/flee my home. I did not know that my abuser had a tracking device on my car. The employee not only gave my abuser my room number, but also gave him a key to my room. My room also had roaches. See the attached picture.
