Clean room and great location

The food options for breakfast and the service was poor. We were advised to pre-book for breakfast, which we did, but there was still not enough food for everyone. Kids pancakes, banana bread, hash browns, fresh fruit, bowls all run out. When hash browns were topped up, my husband went to get full breakfast but then eggs had run out! Then hash browns run out completely before my daughter had had breakfast. There was still an hour and half left of breakfast service at this point. Then at checkout I was charged extra for the coffee I had with breakfast- no one had advised me when we got to the breakfast area what was included and what was not- or where the free coffee was (which I’m now told was around the corner). Considering the amount of guests they had and the pre-booking of breakfast I’m surprised they couldn’t cook larger batches and provide a wider choice of food.

The room was clean, staff friendly

Badezimmer winzig - man konnte sich kaum umdrehen - Frühstück für 4* Hotel sehr übersichtlich und Kaffee gab es nur als Kapselkaffee für alle anderen hätte man zahlen müssen! Nur 1 Aufzug, der auch vom Personal genutzt wurde - beim Frühstück ewige Wartezeiten bis der Aufzug zu nutzen war. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Für eine Nacht in Ordnung- längeren Urlaub würde ich nicht machen

Pros: room is quite big. The beds are comfortable and meet the expectations /standard. Cons: The breakfast is very simple one and not in line with the hotel standard. But it’s also relatively cheaper than other competitors offer. Maybe no need to include the breakfast but just the package of accommodation. The coffee cups for the breakfast are very dirty with previous stains, which is very surprising. Maybe the management has not noticed it.

Soap dispenser very difficult to operate.

Great location if you want to be close to shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking out the front was great.

Great location with undercover parking too (paid).
