The staff was unfriendly. Room had a smell to it like it was covering up cigarette smoke. The pool was full of grass debris and cigarette butts. Kids were very disappointed.

I had stayed here previously and liked it. Since then it looks like they tried to update it. But obviously they didn't use professional people to paint and update the bathrooms. There was paint on the floors paint on the ceilings. They needed a second coat on the ceilings. The caulking needed Woolwich done in the shower. The air conditioner was very old and moldy but it worked. The beds were comfy. The staff was very nice and the pool needed a lot of work. The tiles were coming off and broken pieces along the cements by the steps and it was a little green but again the staff was excellent The faucets in the shower were loose. The pool was a little sketchy. The tiles were falling off and thrown onto the concrete and it was a little green but again the staff were excellent. The blow dryer was broke and I asked for a replacement and they gave me one. Instead of doing the remodeling themselves, they definitely needed a professional to come in and fix everything and make everything look nice.

It was not clean it was loud our room had an adjoining door which was weird we did not know them or anything and kids were screaming not much sleep at all if any

Walked into the first room and both beds were dirty nasty with stains and the smell of the room was awful! They did move us to a new room but at 11pm after baseball all day you would like to be able to just go to your room and clean up and go to bed not have to wait around for another room.

Actual room was just dirty. Exhaust fan hanging, hole in the wall in bathroom. Faucet in shower hanging. Gnats in bathroom sink. Breakfast sucked

Clustered with two other hotels but parking didn't seem an issue. Loved the pool and sauna! Did detect the aroma of a 420 like product in the halls. Breakfast was decent; eggs scrambled one day, hard fried the other), sausage links, breads to toast, waffle maker with TWO flavors available! Felt basically safe despite the area and immediate highway off/on accessible along East side of property. Would definitely stay again.

It was very clean and affordable!

Nothing, gross and sticky carpet was nasty, had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and it was all reused bottles. Cheap ass people running the place as well.

The first room had a sink hole in the bathroom second room smelled of cigarette smoke then final room assigned was dirty carpets. The hotel itself smelled horrible in lobby . I would not recommend this hotel at all !!

Was treated rudely upon check in and also injured my left knee on a sharp peice of metal sticking out from under the mattress when I said something to the staff they just asked if I needed a bandaid. As you can see in the photos I'm attaching my knee not only bleeding but already turned black n blue and very swellon

I reseved the the room for bottom floor no stares handicapped i got a room on the second floor but they had a elevater that was not filling to safe ran rough and the hand t Reals were falling off they only hade two handicapped parking we leve come back one not avalable i would have turnd around and left upon check in if i could have got my money back we did leve on sunday insted of Monday so i lost that one night

The front staff was amazing, we got in super late and they were very helpful. Then we had questions in the morning and they helped us out. The room was clean and the breakfast was just what we needed.
