Ich hatte das Hotel extra über Expedia mit dem Filter "Parkplätze vorhanden " gebucht. Kurz nach der Buchung hatte ich dann schon eine Nachricht vom Hotel, dass es wenige Parkplätze gibt , wenn die belegt sind, ich aber vor dem Hotel zum Ausladen halten könne und sie mir dann zeigen, wo ich parken kann. Tatsächlich hat das Hotel 4 Parkplätze und liegt mitten in der Innenstadt. Man kann nicht einfach vor dem Hotel halten, außer man blockiert den Verkehr. Und da alles voll war, war der "Tipp" der Mitarbeiter, ich solle einfach weiterfahren und selber was suchen. Der nächste verfügbare Parkplatz war an dem Abend 750 Meter weg für mich...am 2. Abend war dann vor dem Hotel was frei, die Rezeptionistin wollte dann aber, dass ich millimetergenau zum anderen Auto fahre und erst als ich ihr erklärte, dass dann keiner mehr ausparken könne, "durfte" ich etwas Abstand halten. Das Hotel ist für meinen Geschmack auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt, aber es war sauber und wenn man nicht mit dem Auto kommt, kann die Lage sicher gut gefallen. Preis war günstig, Hotelterrasse war schön, allerdings wird dort nur Abendessen serviert, das Frühstück gibt es in einer Zwischenetage ohne Fenster bzw. Ausblick.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel ad Alcamo Centro. La posizione è davvero ottima, nel cuore della città. C’è anche un bar nelle vicinanze, che rappresenta un’opzione in più, ma la colazione dell’hotel è già eccellente e molto varia. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, facendomi sentire ben accolto. Consiglio questo hotel a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda e centrale ad Alcamo. Ottima scelta per visitare la zona!

Het was een schoon hotel met een zeer goed bed, fijne douche, het enige is dat het wat gedateerd is en de jacuzzi boven op het terras(met prachtig uitzicht) heeft zijn beste tijd gehad, de het streams werkte er maar 1 goed van. Het ontbijt was zeer prima! Alles aanwezig en lekker

Big and perfectly cold room. Good breakfast but arrive early as they are not so quick/keen in refilling things.

Hotel ist schön und Frühstück war ausreichend. Wir waren da im Mai und das Wetter war schön aber windig, so war die obere Terrasse geschlossen. Das war schade. Sonst alles ok.

This hotel is right in the center of Alcamo near the piazza. The hotel is charming with friendly staff and a lovely buffet breakfast. The rooms Are well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Tutto gradevole, sia gli spazi comuni sia la camera. Personale attento e cortese, colazione varia e abbondante. Ubicaziine strategica e centrale vicino ai luoghi di interesse. Cimplimenti

Breakfast spread was amazing! So delicious and so many items. The terrace was closed when we went but looked awesome. Our room was great, clean and spacious. Staff was kind and helpful.

Desk person was nice enough although failed to provide Request for addition pillow since only 1 provided. The entry of hotel was filthy although our room seemed adequate clean. Nothing special. Single sheet on hard bed. Linens to include bath towels worn and like sandpaper. There was No hot water in sink or shower for bathing. Not how my husband starts his day! The room fee was significantly higher than prior stays during our tour. It was also the poorest choice. Everything at hotel is old and wore out. Exercise rm, jacuzzi,bar & restaurant.

L’hotel nel complesso non è male però onestamente le 4 stelle non le abbiamo viste nemmeno in una notte serena dal terrazzo! Anzi proprio sul terrazzo c’è uno dei punti deboli della struttura. Una vasca idromassaggio vecchia e mal tenuta con acqua praticamente mai pulita, un bar non presidiato da nessuno! Altro punto negativo è la rara disponibilità dei pochi posti riservati all’hotel che sono spesso occupati da auto della polizia; trovare posto nei Vicoletti di Alcamo spesso può essere molto complicato e ti costringe a girare per diverse volte a vuoto. Altro punto criticabile è la colazione, non le darei nemmeno 2 stelle e mezzo per come è organizzata e gestita( se arrivi alle 9:30 trovi i tavoli con le briciole sopra),la scelta è molto limitata per essere un hotel a 4 stelle; unica nota positiva le torte che non sono male. Nel complesso la stanza è spaziosa e pulita ed Alcamo è molto carina

Nice enough hotel in good position for Alcamo town. We needed it near enough to Palermo airport (30 minutes drive) and easy to get to Trapani for boat trip ( 50 minute drive) & near a nice beach ( Castellammare del Golfo 20 minute drive). Nice town in its own right with coffee shop/ pastries a 1 minute walk and a lovely pasta restaurant a 3 minute walk! Hotel is BASIC with cheap Ikea style furniture. Breakfast was good & freshly prepared, bathroom clean, plenty towels & powerful shower. Reception staff friendly & helpful. The spa looked closed & the faded frayed list of treatments with no prices off putting. The jacuzzi/ roof bar has a lovely outlook, but only 4 sun loungers ( always taken) and a grubby rim on the jacuzzi, and hair in the outlet, and the head cushions falling or fallen off- needs some attention/ cleaning. Good for us for a couple of nights, cheap for what we got. Spotless room & bathroom mattered most, and friendly staff.

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We used the spa service and they were excellent. If I had any complaint it would be that the jacuzzi on the roof bar was broken.
