This is an awesome place to relax and to use as marching point to explore the Tuscany. The location is incomparable and the rooms and hotel are awesome. Staff is really kind and helpful. Make sure to get in time for breakfast and spa, since they do finish a bit early.

The property was clean. Front desk Service was fast and efficient, we only stayed one night, but it seems the grounds in general had better times. The room itself was very comfortable, did not had breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not. Area around the hotel was not pretty, lots of vacant buildings but did not felt unsafe.

We stayed here based on reviews. Wouldn’t stay again. In need of a complete renovation. Can’t turn around in the shower. I just wouldn’t recommend period.

Não usei o spa. Equipe de funcionários muito solicita. Bom quarto, espaçoso. Um pouco longe, porém muito bonito.

The spa hydrotherapy was a little weak and the water seemed a little dirty. Hot tub had very weak jets. The steam room was great.

Nice hotel with great facilities. Great spa with pool and saunas. Staff in the bar is bad. One gentleman try to sell us empty glasses by delivery to our room.
