Breakfast options were limited

We loved everything about our stay here. The staff was amazing! Easy to talk to, and always available for any questions we had. The rooms were great. Big room with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is within walking distance to several shops in the downtown Mildenhall area.

Overall stay was okay. Room was fine, not the greatest curtains to keep the light The room was in the car park and the main bins where being emptied at 5am. The ev chargers did not work, despite the efforts of the evening reception staff. Breakfast was fine, but the evening meal menu lacked any real vegetarian options beyond a risotto. Overall, an okay stay.

I travel extensively throughout the UK staying at hotels and guest houses. This is one of the best, can’t believe the price! Very friendly staff, exceptional breakfast choice - really good! Can’t fault the place, large room, very clean, comfortable bed, secure parking and fantastic location. Will return definitely for business and pleasure. Cant recommend the hotel enough

Great people & great value

Rooms nice and comfortable, a constant ringing noise from somewhere couldn’t figure it out as the air con/heating was off Breakfast was lovely plenty of good quality food and choices

We stayed in the honeymoon suite the furniture needs a paint and the shower needs cleaning and new celet around the bottom of the shower. Looked brown we had a bath instead.

Easy parking outside the front of the hotel. Simple check in. Room not too far away. Room a reasonable size. Everything worked. Bed was reasonably comfortable. It was quiet. Simple check out

Lady in reception was lovely and as it was a quiet time of the month she kindly gave me an upgrade. The room was spacious and warm. Nice little bar and a great space for dining and breakfast. I dined in at the hotel and the guiness pie and mash was great, although could've done with a small amount of veg. No problem with parking, lots of space. If staying in the area, I would stay here again.

Hotel is clean although looking a bit tired in places. Rooms are clean and spacious but duvets definitely need renewing as very thin and not big enough for the beds. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and large portions, even a takeaway option if you didn't want to eat in the restaurant. Overall a good stay, just the bedding issue spoilt it slightly as it was very cold when we stayed.

Breakfast was good, The staff were all very polite and friendly. The room was adequate. My main issues were with attention to detail, the stairway and carpets were dusty, the room carpet and blankets were stained. The lift was shabby.

The breakfast menu was full of good choices. Staff were nice and helpful. Parking is free good available.
