Ray in the breakfast area was wonderful. He was friendly and very dedicated to making sure everyone was satisfied and had what they needed.

Breakfast staff was very personable and friendly

Hotel was hot and muggy, there was a roach in our room. The driveway roof at the entrance was falling apart. Front doors stayed opened the whole time. Would not stay here again! Front desk people not friendly at all. Kitchen staff was very polite though

There was a LOT Of water damage outside over the awning, and inside above the ice machine at every floor. It was humid and just sticky. The aesthetic was poor, I think Holiday inn needs to invest in upkeeping the place better!

It was all good except having to call the front desk to complain of noise above me made by people!! I didn’t check until around 11 pm….should not be so loud so late. I was exhausted due to storm. I couldn’t get home!!!!!

Well, really it’s none of nobody’s business why I rent a motel room, which was the first question I was asked upon signing in and then we get to the room and the tub is so nasty. You can’t even stand in it.

Stains in carpet Trash outside My wife made the reservation and was told there were only two rooms left There were two trucks and 5 vehicles in the parking lot at most

1.dirty-filthy 2. no heat in one of bedrooms 3. no hot water in sink 4. recreation room had no heat 5. exterior of property filthy 6. I need to get my money back on this stay Bruce Mundy 214-632-8505

All of the staff were great. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall it was a great hotel and a great experience.

Expensive room with no bath exhaust no bathroom heater, no laundry bag and EXTREMELY loud fan that I had to turn of but could hear other fans and noisy children in hall. And I resent the $15.00 "in case" charge because how do I know they will remove it.

Breakfast was great. Restaurant right in front of property. Good people running the property.

The staff are all courteous and the breakfast selections are so good. There is quite nice Lobby and computer access . The rooms are spacious and Modern decor. I have now stayed only at Holiday Inn Express while in Levelland.

Very nice! People were very nice! Definitely will stay here anytime! Always great!

Nice place to rest!

Nothing, it was filthy, carpet in the halls looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while. Finger prints all over the doors. First room was so bad I had to mop the floor with a towel The pool wasn’t working and as I walk around the building there was mold on the windows. weeds outside were high, trash outside was horrible, thrash cans outside were overflowing, cigarette butts we’re every where.

Nice enough hotel, the beds were very nice. The TV did not work correctly and the shower rod was pulling out from the wall. Otherwise okay.

The tv and the shower in my room didn’t work and there were bugs in my bathroom
