We recently stayed at the Warwick in Montreal. We were attending a Canadiens playoff game and were very happy with the location. Only minutes to the arena, cresent and Saint Catherine streets. Old Montreal is a nice walk as well. We stayed with our small dogs and this hotel truly is a ‘pet friendly’ hotel. Upon arrival in our suite there were 2 comfy dog beds, bowls and a special note and gifts for our dogs. We travel often with our dogs and The Warwick went over and above. The staff are exceptional. A special thank you to Ariel who was always friendly and offered lots of local recommendations for us. We loved it so much our original stay of 2 nights turned into 7. We will definitely stay again when we return to this beautiful city.

All around this was a great experience. The valet and check in was so easy and staff was very friendly. The rooms were as advertised, spacious and very clean. Location of the hotel was incredible. The pool was great and very clean. the outdoor and hot tub are was also very nice and extremely clean. I cannot wait to go back!

No availability of late check out even for a fee was unfortunate. All the cabinetry in the room was quite roughed up looking, giving the feeling of a low end motel.

A tall thin russian speaking door man, stopped me as I came back into the hotel after the hockey game I walked through the doors and was going straight to the elevators he rudely demanded to know if I "lived in the building" I nicely stated I was staying at the hotel this was the last of my three nights. He demanded to see my room key etc.. I have stayed here often, maybe 12 nights in all, and have never ever encountered anyone on their staff like this. Reception did nothing either?

The modern styling and amenities are excellent. The nespresso machine is an added bonus and the hot tub is a great option, too. The staff is courteous, attentive, and on point. We arrived for my wife's birthday to find a box of craft chocolates and a hand written note!

The hot tub was under construction so not working.

Manon checked us in. Such a lovely person very approachable and professional. Ariel was very helpful ( as always). We have been to the Warwick many times. The balcony has a great view of Mountain street. The rainwater shower was exceptional . My nephew Joseph loved the birthday cookies ( very kind). Can't recommend your Hotel enough. Thank you Warwick!!!
