Loved the ambiance and proximity to all attractions. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly enough. I'd recommend here to my friends and family.

The guests were not treated well at reception. The bathroom was damaged. I do not recommend it.

The lady who did our massages was excellent. We had just climbed Acatenango Volcano and her tender care was appreciated. The hotel itself is charming.

Location was great - easy access to the main activities. I spotted a Fuego eruption from right outside my room near the rooftop sitting area! The hotel had a unique charm - pool was gorgeously warm - felt like a spa! Room was huge, with a cute fireplace and balcony. Shower only had cold water the first day but they fixed it by the next morning. Overall wonderful

What a well kept intimate hotel setting. The staff were nice, the rooms were clean. Beautiful views. Had an amazing massage at this hotel. Pretty close to some of the main points of interest in Antigua.
