Great spot to stay between Houston and Dallas. Clean, very comfortable beds, great breakfast.

Bathroom wasn’t goo

Very nice staff and the price was good. The elevator was out of commission, which they had notified us about multiple times prior to our arrival. The floor of our bathroom was not totally clean (a few small visible hairs). Otherwise, it was just fine for our purposes.

Not able to sit outside in the pool area. Beds were too high. Very difficult for my father and even me. Neither of us slept well, and there was only one sitting chair and it was not comfortable. Worth far less than half of what I paid.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing!

Property was nice and clean

Staff were great and helped over coming the lack of maintenance and goofy design and misleading listing. The suite is not a suite but just a bit larger room, room is close to and faces freeway - noisy. The whole building smell stale somehow. The fancy coffee maker did not always work. It wouldn't take much from HQ to make it right, but it is not happening.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Only downside was the outdoor pool was not heated as advertised.

We were impressed with this hotel and the "suite" with beds for two adults and our six granchildren!

This is the best place to stay in Fairfield, TX. The location is convenient. Staff are friendly. My room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The shower head is one of the best hotel shower heads I’ve used because it is low flow yet powerful.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Looked updated and modern.

Always nice, Not much changes here. They are consistent and the staff is friendly. We stay here often.
