It was just great experience with my son who loved the pool! Food was excellent even thou little bit pricey but worth it! Breakfast excellent! For kids is WaWa cross the street which is BIG help). Kids don’t get it what fancy food is)) Staff super friendly and very accommodating. Manager is fantastic

I don’t understand how this is considered a 4 star hotel. Late night open parties on the weekend on the roof for anyone who wants to attend creating a chaotic and unsafe environment, hotel smelled, rooms are as average as possible, staff was barely polite let alone friendly. It’s not very convenient actually if you’re planning to go to the museums area. I won’t be back.

Location is perfect

Location was great for sight seeing. Room although small was nice. A/C was not great (couldn't get the room very cold). Pool location was cool but very small and closes early. Fees and parking were outrageous. Parking garage across the street $12 a night vs the $59 Zena charges.

I have nothing bad to say We enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely adore Hotel Zena!! This was my second time staying there and it did not disappoint!! The hotel staff is very accommodating and professional. I definitely plan to stay again when I do a staycation in DC.

I enjoyed the stay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was modern and clean. Hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants.
