We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were truly amazing so kind, welcoming and attentive and the room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. The only thing I would change next time is booking a larger room or separate rooms, as there were three of us (my son, my sister and myself), but that’s purely down to my own booking choice and not a reflection on the hotel at all. Everything else was just wonderful. It was such a relaxing, enjoyable stay and we really wished we could have stayed longer. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

If you want a Four Seasons experience at a fraction of the cost, this is the place for you. My suite was phenomenal. The staff was so kind and the amenities were top notch! I absolutely love this place.

Superbly nice visit (4nights). Me and my girlfriend stayed in the biggest suite and loved everything about this resort. Beautifully crafted garden leading down to the beach, restaurant and pool area. Very charming, much more authentic feeling than most other 5-star resorts we’ve stayed at. Many of which are fairly soulless. The position of this resort compared to other hotels is also superior. Best part of Chaweng beach right there. The only regret we have is that we didn’t book our entire Samui stay with this hotel.

We loved our stay at Muang Samui. We have stayed there before, many years ago. It is in a perfect location at the quiet end of all the action. Walkable distance to all of Chaweng. The rooms are spacious, airconditioned and clean. The Buffet Breakfast was great, lovely and fresh, strong coffee, well staffed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location on Chaweng Beach. The hotel is not too big, just the right size for personalized service and it still feels "authentic" not like a big "cookie cutter" hotel. Fantastic location - one side is the beautiful beach, the other is the fun main street which offers lots to do and lots of dining options. Recommend this hotel.

I travel a lot, but for first time in my life left a hotel one night earlier. This is ran down hotel, the rooms were not cleaned well..yoy see spots and dust everywhere. The staff was not well responding.. The food very average. But most importantly the other guests were very weird..it does not feel like a 5 star hotel, but a cheap all inclusive hotel in Turkey. I am sorry but i would strongly recommend against sraying in this hotel ...there are so many great options in this part of the world, but this is very far from it..unfortunately. and lastly..the price is not low at all, so valio/quality ratio is even worse..

Super lækkert Resort med høj service og utrolige venlige mennesker. Eneste kritikpunkt er ikke super rengøring på værelserne efter ankomst samt lidt gene fra nærliggende nightclubs om natten. God beliggenhed ved hovedgaden og mange gode restauranter

Lovely traditional hotel right on the beach and very near to shops and restaurants. Travelled as family of 4 (2 x teenagers) and everyone loved the location. Pool was great. Breakfast fab, staff were fantastic.

Our suite was very nice. The staff was helpful and kind. The garden around the hotel was so beautiful and well maintained. Too bad abiut the noise in this neighborhood probably because of the full moon parties around. The breakfast was a must!

It’s our 6th hotel in Samoi, and unfortunately it’s the least favorable. Rooms are outdated with weird smells, the pool is nice, breakfast is average, the beach itself is beautiful but not related to the hotel itself. For this price I would expect a better experience. I would pay a lil extra to stay in a newer hotel that might be 500m away. Gym is awful. No towels and everything is super old.

Although the hotel was nice there was a need for a lot more maintenance.

Skønt sted ved strand, pool og tæt på Chaweng shopping street. Fantastisk service. Bestill gerne thaimad men ikke pizza mm. Det er de ikke så gode til at lave. Hvilket er helt ok. Poolen er smuk og der er mange liggestole. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse

Nice upscale resort at the end of chaweng beach, far enough away to be quieter, but not too far if you want to experience more of the action. Stayed in royal garden suite which had a large rooftop area, which to be honest we didn’t use much. Garden suites below looked as nice. Pool area was not too crowded and the restaurant served good Thai food on the beach, although plenty of other options a short beach stroll away. You get the occasional plane taking off overhead but really didn’t bother us Great option to stay in kph Samui
