Location is convenient Staff are excellent in providing service Food is fantastic Restaurants on premise have delicious food. Negative aspect: room is stuffy, not clean. No proper lighting to take calls, apply makeup Shower has no proper doors Laundry is not satisfactory

Rooms not in good shape. Water starvation in the shower. Probably time for renovation. Poor compared to the Chennai Green Park.

The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again.

The service was good in all phases of our stay. However, we did not expect such an untidy restroom. Especially, the condition of washroom, the plug sockets and shower lotion holders condition (just to name a few). As this is an expensive stay, we thought the rooms would be much cleaner.

The hotel is good but the pricing is too much.

Room Service was bit lagging,staff at the breakfast are very kind and courteous but have few opportunities for the hotel room service to improve the service by replenishing the toiletries on the daily basis rather then reminding everyday to topup.

Centrally located, easy access to all businesses in Hyderabad. Hotels restaurant food choices is very good.

Stayed at Greenpark in Begumpet for 2 nights. The most disappointing part of this stay was the food- we were served spoiled curd rice which was shocking and could easily have led to food poisoning. We reported this to the staff and despite our concerns the head chef insisted that the product was good. The medhu vada served in the continental breakfast was also poorly made. Not what you would expect in Hyderabad at a “ 4 star hotel”. Would not recommend.

It was a 5-star hotel, but rates were still very affordable. Staff was incredibly efficient and polite.
