Great Hotel with an impressive restaurant. Centrally located with a beautiful park across the street and plenty of other dining option.

Hotel central, perto de tudo. Perfeito. Quarto grande com vista privilegiada para a Plaza de Armas.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, spacious rooms and everything feels well maintained. The lobby is beautiful, and the bar is excellent—great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a very good selection. What really stands out is the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Highly recommend—definitely would stay here again!

The room was small with 1 chair. The shower pipe was broken! More of a waterfall than anything…not usable.

Convient to the city center, close to many tour operators. Had a luggage service to store your bags.

Service in the restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff did not take my order or bring me bills. I had to get up and ask specifically each time for help. The front desk team was not much better. Nice facilities but awful service.

I was shocked with staff attitude at front desk: lazy

Cleanroom, sheets and towels. Warm and light filled. Bathtub and hallway carpets are a little bit randown/showing age. Very communicative and helpful staff.

Sehr gute Austattung, schöne Gestaltung, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück könnte mehr Auswahl vertragen und auch die Speisen des Restaurants sind zwar lecker, aber nichts Besonderes.

Room good and clean. Staff - some helpful. Food was quite bad and overpriced! Breakfast was good and location was good.

Wonderful location in the middle of Punta Arenas. Beautiful hotel. Spotless and very well maintained. The concierge and staff were excellent. We stayed for the buffet dinner and absolutely loved it. Large selection of healthy options and desserts too! This is the place to stay if you're staying in Punta Arenas. Will most certainly return next time I passing through this part of wonderful Chile.
