Hotel necesitado de una reforma. Nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a la salida de humos de la cocina y se oía continuamente un motor que no sé si sería del aire acondicionado. La habitación estaba limpia pero descuidada. Le hace falta mantenimiento. El desayuno variado y bien.

Sauberkeit von Bett und Bad waren in Ordnung, der Boden des Zimmers und andere Oberflächen waren jedoch länger nicht gereinigt worden. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Buffet von Gerichten von niedriger Qualität.

El hotel está limpio. Buen buffet

Muy bien el hotel. El aire acondicionado un poquitín ruidoso. La habitación es amplia y con luz aunque sin vistas. Es la planta primera y tenía delante letrero y aparatos de aire acondicionado. La televisión no sa veía muy bien y tampoco funcionaba la neverita. Una pena. Me gusta tener siempre una bebida fresca.

El hotel está muy bien calidad precio. Es moderno y limpio. El aire condicionado enfría bien, pero algo ruidoso. Y no se puede abrir la ventana. También tiene neverita. Algo que yo valoro mucho para tener un gua o una fruta fresquita.

Atendimento zero estive a espera 15 mnts que desligassem a chamada ,fraco pequeno almoço ,camas sem condições ...quartos antigos chuveiro fraco

Abseits der Stadt, aber ganz klar eine gute Wahl. Frühstück super, gute Busverbindung 10 min. In die Stadt, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Personal super freundlich. Vielen Dank

Hotel muy usado y con poco mantenimiento, la categoría que anuncia no se corresponde con lo ofrecido, el precio es Fantástico eso sí, en fin un hotel de última hora.

Era un buen hotel que ha quedado obsoleto!! Necesitaría una reforma!!

Wonderful service. Great staff. Central location super close to Metro. Lovely rooftop pool and bar with great views. Comfy beds. Left AirPods in room when we flew home and the staff mailed them back to the US. Great hotel!!

Trato excelente son maravillosos todo el personal

The staff were all very friendly and attentive including the cleaners, the hotel was very nice and the facilities were great, the food was lovely.

Très bien pour 1 nuit, sauf si vous tombé sur des voisins tres bruyants, il a fallu intervenir a minuit c'était impossible de dormir, en revanche a 7h on étais debout pour notre pèlerinage, nos voisins dormaient bien , et on c'est fait un plaisir a faire du bruit.

HORMIGAS EN LA HABITACION AVISADOS EL PRIMER DIA Y SIGUIERON HASTA NUESTRA SALIDA, ALGUNAS PERSONAS DE RECEPCION MUY POCO PROFESIONALES Y LA GOBERNANTA DE LIMPIEZA SIN EDUCACION ALGUNA, NOS ENCONTRAMOS LA HABITACIÓN SIN HACER UN DIA A LA VUELTA A LAS SIETE DE LA TARDE Y NO LA HICIERON DESPUES DE SER AVISADAS

O único senão é um vazamento no bidê que está molhando o poso do banheiro. Fica a 10 km do centro da cidade mas o custo/benefício é muito bom.

Dette er ikke et fire stjerners hotell. Knapt 2 stjerners. Sammenlignet med de to andre 4 stjerners hotellene vi bodde på denne turen ( som var hotel Candida I Segovia og hotel Don Manuel i Cáceres) var dette hotellet veldig mye dårligere alt fra frokost, interiør, hotellrom, badet, restaurant etc er usammenlignbart. Det er billigere, men ikke verdt prisen.

the breakfast is very poor with little variety of products

La cama estaba claramente sin cambiar. Sin entrar en muchos detalles, había pelusas y pelos tanto en la sábana bajera como en las almohadas. Por si no fuera suficiente había manchas rojas en una de las fundas de una almohada.
