Fint oppusset rom, bra seng. Hører godt naborommet. Er under oppussing.

Hotel was being renovated when me and my son stayed. He was disappointed the pool was closed. Room had a funny smell to it. The area is very convenient and staff were very friendly. I would stay again after renovations are done

Shuttle does not run early in the am or late at night

1 elevator not working, pool still closed since 2022. Bar/restaurant only open for breakfast

The reason I had picked that hotel was so that I can enjoy the pool and there was no pool because you never informed us that it was under construction, which is wrong, which is a no no you should’ve at least give us a warning.

"My rooms a good room but the door handle acutates up" he wasnt lying Shower head was kinda janky hard to find the warm water. Whole place is under construction theu used to have a gangster aas pool? Its currently closed in June...... better luck next time....maybe breakfast will make me change my mind only 8 hours can tell

Nice room but wish it had complimentary breakfast or at least coffee in the lobby.

This review is not about the hotel, but about Expedia's problems. The Expedia booking page is very confusing, but first of all, a $50 deposit is charged. Also, breakfast is not free. In addition, when booking through Expedia, even if you select the on-site payment option, you cannot get a receipt from the hotel front desk. Expedia should display this more clearly, as it caused unnecessary stress in adjusting and confirming.

I didn't like the fact that there was no microwave inside the room.

Tv was not working, multiple key entry doors from shopping not operable, the pool area was filthy and one elevator was not working. The room remodel was clean and appealing. The breakfast was good (once I finally got the access ticket) and the staff tried to be helpful. The property conditions were glaring in lacking to create an enjoyable experience.

They said they had a pool and shuttle service. Pool was closed and the shuttle doesn’t go before 7am. The elevator was broke and the ice machine. I came back to my room yesterday and the room was already open but it wasn’t cleaned. I asked front desk and they said they don’t know. It made me uneasy. Nothing was taken but i couldn’t sleep all night i thought someone would come in the room.

Check in was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Should install warm colored LED bulbs in rhe halls. No breakfast provided.

Under renovation but good access for IAD.
