Sehr sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel war ausgebucht während meines Aufenthalts. Trotzdem hatte ich nie das Gefühl, dass es irgendwo zu voll war. Tolles Frühstück, tolles Abendessen. Alles perfekt.

Sehr gepflegtes, historisches Anwesen mit eigener Kathedrale in ruhiger Umgebung. Tolles Ambiente und sehr zuvorkommendes Team, sehr gute Küche.

amazing property with amazing rooms I think every meal I had I solely enjoyed. I would truly recommend.

It is a beautiful property! I would Of like to enjoy it more but there was so much to see. It is definitely a place to relax.

Nice quiet hotel with luxury touch/aesthetic. Could do with some improvement in areas e.g. several spa facilities were non-functioning, only one lunch spot, no bar at adult pool and general grounds in some areas required some TLC. But very nice relaxing hotel with great food and excellent cocktails at the tapas bar. Comfy beds, good showers.

A relaxing, peaceful and restful 5 night stay with super service from all the staff. The food was excellent and well worth being all-inclusive. The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it. We very much hope to return..

Positif: Un running country track à coté de l’hôtel pour les amateurs de running comme nous! Une bâtisse absolument magnifique. Point négatif, l’organisation au niveau du personnel parfois un peu chaotique et le service room (nettoyage) pas toujours au carré comme on pourrait l’attendre d’un établissement 5 étoiles.

Sehr schönes Anwesen, Personal sehr aufmerksam, Zimmer und Gebäude leider mit Renovierungsstau aber alles sonst gepflegt.Frühstück hervorragend gut. Abendessen durchwachsen.

We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary - we loved the experience from start to finish. Fantastic Junior Suite. incredible food at the pool bar, wonderful day beds by the pool, massage. It was the perfect experience. If there was one area for improvement it would be that some of the serving staff forget orders from time to time and need reminding - but we weren't bothered about that really

Das Hotelgebäude und die umliegenden historischen Bebauungen sind für geschichtsträchtige sowie designorientierte Menschen ein voller Genuss! Das Hotel liegt weit weg vom Strand und vom nächsten Ortskern, Auto zwingend Notwendig wenn man nicht nur im Hotel bleiben möchte. Das Servicepersonal ist stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. Lediglich das Abendessen Servicepersonal ist eine Katastrophe. Die Wartezeit auf Speisen und Getränke sowie zwischen den 3 Gängen beträgt oft jewils 30 Minuten. 2 Stunden Abendessen ist meistens einzurechnen. Die Cocktails sind Lieblos zubereitet. Das Hotel beinhaltet Restaurants und Veranstaltungsräume für außenstehende Gäste, deshalb finden öfters Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Geburtstage und Meetings statt. Dann wird es auch mal Laut!

The staff are all really welcoming and friendly. The amenities are great too.

Service at Dinner is poor, because there are not enough people. All staff is super friendly however. Our room had a mold-smell so we requested a change: that went smooth. Rooms could use a renovation. Overall, a very beautiful place but needs renovation and an upgrade in service level.

Great place to relax with beautiful spa. Wish there was more water available by outside pools and by rooms.

It’s a beautiful property, everything was really nice, but service at all the restaurants were pretty slow.

Wunderschöne Anlage, exzellentes Essen. Manche Lösungen an den Pools unpraktisch (zu viele Liegen ohne Sonnenschutz). Personal scheint teilweise sehr unerfahren zu sein, auch wenn alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sind.
