Great location - overlooking the water and ferry accessibility in San Marco area. We should have looked closer at hotel rating being a 3-star - not the best amenities available (eg restocking body wash/ shampoo was challenging). Hotel staff were friendly enough and accommodating.

The location is awesome!! Right along the grand canal and steps away from the vaporetto which was very convenient especially if you have luggages. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices although it’s in a different building it’s not far from the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor facing the courtyard. There’s really not much of anything looking out but who cares if you can walk right out to the grand canal! Room is decent size, we had 2 check in size luggages and had enough room for it. It was weird that the room was next to a bathroom but we weren’t bothered by it.

So lucky we chose this hotel - such friendly and helpful staff - lovely modern room in a great location! Could not rate it high enough!

Absolutely loved the stay. Beautiful views of the water, friendly staff, helpful staff and just a great atmosphere to stay in during Venice. The rooms were stunning, modern and just absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Excelent staff

I wasn’t happy with a/c and I stayed in lobby the morning we where going to check out while my family visited the area, my daughter brought me something to eat and I was asked to eat my food in the back room because they didn’t want customers seeing me eat in the lobby. I thought it was very rude, so I’m giving them a bad review!!!

Amazing place amazing staff who are willing to actually talk to you and recommend non touristy places. Rooms are good sized and clean. Held our bags with no problem after checking out.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. While the staff seemed polite at first, they were ultimately unhelpful whenever we needed anything. We also experienced several inappropriate and sarcastic remarks that appeared to be made simply because we're American, which made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, we accidentally left a pair of slippers in the room. When we called, we were told they had been found. When I asked if the slippers could be mailed to us since we were already at the airport, they claimed the slippers came from another room but that wasn't true of we were still coming. Overall, this experience was far below expectations.

Beautiful view of the water from the room. Breakfast was around the corner, but close and with a variety of options. Hotel was conveniently located close to St. Mark's Square and the vaporetto system.

Great location must book lagoon view! Alex at the reception desk was friendly and welcoming!

Place was in an excellent location. Room was tiny even for a Europe size room. The bathroom was so small even one person could barely function in. It was clean however.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel, I got deluxe room with lagoon view and it was totally worth it. I just wish I had a tub, but other than that thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely helpful. It is very conveniently located near a water bus stop as well as the stop for the water bus to the airport. Far enough from the main crowds, but close enough to walk over would highly recommend this.A hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Venice.
