A localização do hotel é o ponto alto, foi uma excelente escolha. Ele fica ao lado da Piazza San Marco e em frente ao terminal do vaporeto, o que facilitou muito com as malas. No entorno também tem muitas opções de restaurantes e bares. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama confortável e estava bem limpo. Apesar do prédio ser antigo (como todos em Veneza), não tinha cheiro forte de mofo e estava bem conservado. Essa era uma preocupação que tínhamos na cidade, e não tivemos problema.

Thanks to Hotel Paganelli for making our time in Venice so easy. You guys are great along with the two rooms. Location was perfect,staff was out of this world, friendly and always addressed us by name as we came through the lobby. Huge thank you for arranging our private water taxi on arrival from train station and departure to airport. 10/10 and then some. Thank you. Wish we could visit more often.

Very comfortable hotel, with fabulous views over the water. Wonderful location with St Mark's and other main sights all close by. Also situated right next to a waterbus stop making journey to airport, Murano, Burano and rest of Venice extremely easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. Very good breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold dishes, and gluten-free bread as standard.
