The staff, front desk and breakfast were polite and friendly. Overall, the hotel common areas were unkept. We take the stairs, and the carpet was filthy and the stairwell smelled bad. The room was not bad, but would not stay here again.

Very nice and quiet area

It was a clean hotel. All the employees were so nice. And it offered free breakfast in the morning.

Room was in a convenient location. The website did not specify what dates the pool would be open so the pen was closed, which unfortunately we stayed there for the pool. There was not a big food selection for breakfast.

It was not so great experience. The front desk is not very friendly. I don’t see their smiles and their English is hard to understand. The breakfast is really bad. I know I should have very low expectations, but feel like the food is so stale.

The water barely got hot. The air was terrible. We were hot our entire stay and the unit kept making weird noises through the night. We also had house keeping just walk in our room without knocking or anything.

Front desk guy was super sweet and helpful. Everything was pretty nice, Altho the min we walked in our room there was a roach in the bathroom, but I get it- it happens sometimes.

Average hotel. Rate for quality is not good. Overpriced hotel. No restaurant. Can hear people in the next room. Not within walking distance to anything.

Everything was decent. Pretty nice weekend stay. Sucks that the pool wasn’t open yet with 90 degree weather. Only negative would be the curtains in the room are not black out at all and the sun woke me up at 7 every morning.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay for 4 guests which was listed when I booked. We only had 3 towels for showers. Asked the front desk for more and they told us they didn't have anymore that we would have to come back early in the morning. Went back this morning and they still did not have any towels but offered us more hand towels to dry off with. Front desk was very rude about the situation. I did not expect to spend close to $300 and not even have the necessities to shower.

We rented a 2 queen double bed with sofa sleeper that is advertised sleeps 6. There were only 3 towels. Generally we had to keep asking for 3 more towels and toilet paper. Very stingy on supplies. One day I asked front deck for a piece of paper and was told no. Room served purpose for sleeping and we were gone all day sight seeing. Will say breakfast lady was extremely friendly!
