Gimnasio pequeño, pero hay. Habitación normal. Desayuno muy bien. Personal muy bien.

Staff dedicado e atencioso. Sra. Pilar entrega mapa com todas facilidades, como ônibus, paradas e atrações. Praticamente anexo a um “El Corte Inglês”, com todas amenidades possíveis. Quarto espaçoso. Tudo perfeito.

This place has the friendliest staff. Azucena in the front desk gave us great advice for moving around town and very good restaurants.

EL Internet malisimo en los dispositivos como en la TV, la cama SUPER DURAS, un calor en las habitaciones y en el pasillo que parecia un horno. y la zona lejos de todo y por la zona no se encunetra NADA. Lo mejor del Hotel el personal todos muy atentos y predispuestos.

Everything was perfect. A little far away from the center, walking distance at least for us, but a very short distance by taxi.

No AC in room with double windows. Only heat in November. Problem, I had to open a double window in order to sleep in this hot room. Front desk had no other option for me. Construction noise & rain with wind didn’t help. Front desk lady attitude not nice. No hot water in room. I had rented 2 rooms. Never will stay there again.

Definitely the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are old, in all the 4 star hotels that I was in there is a water of bottle as a courtesy , no coffee maker no nothing , I went to the reception and all I had was a bad attitude , the only person that was nice in the hotel was the housekeeper that provide me two cups for tea and some tea bags , I didn’t have a nice experience the hotel did not have AC in the room , the front desk told me to open the window which I did and there was noise from the street , terrible experience .
