We always enjoy our stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean and bright, the beds are so comfy! Love the Dove products in the bathroom!!! The coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room is so handy. The staff are always so friendly and helpful!

We love our stay here. Clean room and perfect for family stay. Free breakfast with indoor pool is what we are looking for an hotel accom.

Excellent customer service splly the girl at service desk last night was so helpful. Location is excellent close to highway and 20 mins to ridgeway plaza. Bed was clean and comfortable.

They are literally locking breakfast 6:35-40, you cannot access anything if you need to leave early. Room kitchenery is useless. I never visit here again.

Loved the pool and friendly staff. Great place to stay for those hiking the Bruce Trail (Toronto section). Quiet and convenient to many restaurants. We will be back.

Can’t provide basic documentation like detailed receipt - so do not stay here for work travel. Hotel was dirty.

Pillows Are way too big, everything else was excellent.

We travelled with three teens for a basketball tournament. The most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at any hotel! Staff were friendly room was beautiful and nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

I was a little disappointed they didn’t have the warm cinnamon buns, they had I think litttle apple strudels but I love staying at holiday inn for the cinnamon buns, the coffee was Luke warm but otherwise the hotel was nice, the staff was friendly

Parking easy but not safe. Need some system need come out and in with card etc.
