An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended! Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Very professional staff and the hotel facilities were beautiful. Free parking which is an absolute steal in a hotel in Sofia (underground parking is very safe). Overall, such a pleasant stay we are looking to return!

Es un hotelazo. Perfecto si vas con coche. Esta decorado con muy buen gusto y el personal es eficiente y muy simpático. Está a 15 minutos del centro en metro que está a su vez a 5 minutos andando del hotel. No hay muchos restaurantes alrededor es el único inconveniente

This is a wonderful place if you need to spend a few nights in Sofia. The place is top-notch with a great breakfast buffet, coffee, bar, and a wonderful indoor swimming pool.

This day was wonderful. The staff were great.

Nice hotel, solid breakfast and good facilities, but hosted several parties that go on to 1am so no chance of sleep if you’re on the 5th floor in certain rooms. People using the sauna fully nude also pretty grim.
