Friendly staff, easy check-in. Amazing water pressure and comfortable beds.

Attended a high school graduation party with relatives. Hadn’t seen some for years! Since party started before check in time I called during the celebration to confirm I was still on list for a room with 2 queen beds. Affirmation was given which put my mind at ease. Check in went with a breeze. The room was immaculate with the bed being the most comfortable. I enjoyed the pillows so much I tried looking up the brand on line. There were so many alternatives, I decided to call down to the main desk to see if the pillow was available for sale directly from the hotel. To my amazement it was and it was priced 2/3 less than on line!! I left the Warrenton Holiday Inn Express with a new pillow in my trunk and a smile on my face!

Clean overall. Shower curtains need to be checked and changed. As I heard the clerk be very clear at check-in about pets and smoking, sadly, they need to do the same about noise. Our neighbor's TV played extremely loud ALL NIGHT, impacting our ability to get a food night's sleep. When traveling, it's really maddening!

Greet staff, very accommodating. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs a good cleaning a there is mold on all the baseboards. The ceiling in room 215 is tracked above the shower and needs repair.

We were assigned a Handicap Accessible Room and didn’t need this accommodation. The only reason I mention this is because the shower in the room had no ‘lip’ at the bottom of the shower floor and the bathroom literally flooded every time we showered. It was a mess! We had to use about 10 towels to build up a barrier in front of the shower - which was also a mess. Just frustrating.

The room was, nice i liked the funiture and bathroom was upgraded to the nice big ahower. However the indoor pool was nasty green. I didn't request my room to ve cleaned Tuesday or Wednesday. But by Thursday I did. I got un from work to open my door to my pizza box in the floor,trash near the can still on floor. My bed was made. However I had dropped a box of crackers spilling crumbs and NO vacuum at all. I didn't have her bother my room for 2 days, so I would think it could have been property serviced. The young lady that checked me in was very courteous, but housekeeping was HORRIBLE she didn't even hang towels uo just laid on toilet. I HAVE PHOTOS won't let me attach. PLEASE CONTACT ME
