Third floor room was not super clean and bathroom was in poor shape. Bottom of bathroom door all rotting away. Hotel needs some updating. On the plus side, bedroom and bed was great, breakfast was really good for free breakfast and staff were really nice.

Great hotel choice in Rolla, MO. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay.

Beds were comfy but walls were too thin… we heard everything the next door room was doing. The kid in that room tried several times to open the adjoining door so that was fun wondering how many times he was going to do that and us constantly getting worried that he would open it. I did hear the mom yell at him to stop which he did… for a minute… then was back at it. They carried on for a while and it was late and we had to get up early for a 13 hour trip so we were both tired when we got up. Breakfast was pretty good. I think the next time I will see if I can get a room not next to a kid room as I heard one lady doing at her checkout! Now I know why!

Nice litte property, and polite staff. Breakfast was outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was in a goodlocation with plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Craig and the front desk were extremely accommodating. We stayed for the weekend and felt like we were at home. Craig and his team went above and BEYOND. 10/10 would recommend.

Room was spotless. Beds very comfortable. No issues whatsoever. No noise issues from other guests. Free breakfast was adequate.

They wouldn’t let me park my 12ft trailer in parking lot. Parking lot wasn’t full. There was an ice storm. Had to walk 4blocks to get to vehicle next day, avoiding snow plows and covered in ice by the time I got to truck. Will never stay here again. Informed company I work for to never book this place for anyone.

Booked this hotel because of the hot tub after traveling for days. Hot tub does not work and either did the elevator

No product in soap or shampoo dispensers in the shower. Clock and lamp were unplugged, requiring us to move the bed to plug them in. TV worked only sporadically. Overall, needs oversight. On the plus side, it was clean and breakfast was good.

Free breakfast was not hot had to ask to use microwave to warm up the eggs and sausage. Turned out eggs were not cooked properly still gritty tasting. Cinnamon roll made son throw up. Coffee was very bitter. Room was run down and not cleaned properly.found trash on floor. Mold in tub.
