We had a 3 pm check in time, rooms were not ready, told we would receive a call when rooms ready, no call ever came, had to call 3 hrs later to check and then informed room ready Went o shower- NO soap in provided containers, room for 3 people with 2 towels

Before we checked out housekeeping came and opened the door twice before it was time to leave. The second time we had even put the do not disturb sign on the door and they still tried to come in.

This wasn’t a holiday type stay at all. The floors seem super thin. You can hear people walking above and creaking. And you feel the same as you walk. The bathroom while wiped down, still had hair in areas that certainly weren’t mine. The shower curtain isn’t properly installed for length so you’re likely to get water on the floor. Towels were stained, as well as the floor near the couch. I was beyond glad it was only one night. I’d be willing to stay an hour away if it offers a better accommodation.

Room 232 is a handicap room. Needs trim work in bathroom to cover sheetrock plumbing rough in holes. Nice cumfy bed and desk area. AC worked great and water was hot.

The staff was excellent! The hotel and room were clean, but there were some facility issues. We had very little water pressure in the shower. And the electric outlets were so worn out that the hair dryer would not stay plugged in. Would stay again.

This place was super expensive for what it offers. I guess it is because of the Christmas lights. We made a one night stop over to see the NSU campus before we moved on to New Orleans. This is a decent hotel, but nothing special to make it $300. Clean, Nice staff and good breakfast.

Dalton, at the front desk, was so polite and helpful on the phone and in person. Our group went for The Festival of Lights. After a fun-filled night, we were happy to wake up to a tasty breakfast. Their biscuits were spot on.

Bathroom sink was clogged entire 4night stay. Told person at desk. Nobody fixed it!

Lawrence at the front desk was very efficient and kind. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom clean too. We stayed one night and the bed was super comfortable. We would recommend staying here, and will come back if given the chance.

Busy alot traffic in that area. Property is a little expensive for the quality of the rooms.

Nice friendly staff. Room air conditioner wasn’t quite working. Breakfast was ok with great coffee

Very nice property. Parking lot well lit, clean room and very personable staff.

The only thing was the gym was undergoing some renovation, but otherwise was expected.

The young man at the front desk was friendly, polite and caring.
