It is one of the better Holiday Inns I have stayed in. Convenient area with stores and restaurants near by. The Hotel description claims air conditioning. It is in the lobby. There is no in room air conditioning!

Staff are absolutely excellent at this hotel ,really go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional.

Basic, but nice hotel that has everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were spacious and staff were very helpful.

Excellent service and stay

We were made feel welcome by the reception staff. Any queries we had were answered fully and well.

My two teenage sons and I spent the night in a family room. Hotel was quiet. Easy to find. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Poor cleanliness, expensive, very limited menu.

The staff were fabulous - informative, helpful and cheerful. (Especially check-in - Ey up to you from the Yorkshire lasses !!) Nothing too much trouble for anyone and you were always greeted with a smile. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Breakfast was vast and very tasty. Plenty of car parking spaces. A great base from which to explore beautiful Northern Ireland. We will be back !!

We stayed at the Copthorne as part of a multi trip itinerary (Canada to London, Belfast, and Reykjavik) while visiting relatives. There was no safe in the room; but, other than that, everything about our experience at this hotel was five star!

Too noisy for me

Hotel refused to give a receipt, Hotels.com website says get it from the hotel. Not happy. Half hour phonecall to do on Monday. AGAIN

Hotel was nice, breakfast was very good, especially hash browns. There is a big retail park just across the street. Convenient stay. Visiting nearby Lough Neagh requires either a long walk or some form of transportation.

Nice freindly staff. Unfortunately the carpet in my room was horrible and full of stains. Very poor

The hotel was a great place to stay and well located for Belfast International Airport. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful Room was nice and clean and a nice lobby to relax that night with the family

After missing our flight this hotel managed to accommodate us and feed us. They made up a sofa bed for our son and were very helpful.

The hotel was convenient for the purpose of our visit, carpets could have been cleaner. The shower screen was streaky. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will probably spend more visits from time to time.

Hotel is very clean and friendly staff, we had an enjoyable stay.

Receptionists were so accommodating and friendly Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed Bathroom was clean and suitable Breakfast was tasty and buffet style. More than enough choice Will definitely stay again
