20 minute check in just to finally find out they did not have my room type. These guys are terrible. Will never be back

Rooms are extremely nice. The pool had pool equipment and hoses laying around on the floor close to the pool girls still had fun in the pool. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was super friendly and quick. 10/10!!

Toilets are too low to floor. Breakfast was not good and area not clean with gnats on food. Air conditioning unit was loud - woke me up repeatedly when it cycled on during night.

Everything was nice, check in was fast and they were so friendly.. Room was clean, had everything you needed The only thing I didn’t like was that the price of items in cupboard were to high.. Other than that everything was great

Hotel.com messed my reservatio up. I was over charged and did not get free breakfast as posted. This happens ever time. It took me hour and thirty mins to check in causing me to be late to the event i was theree to atend.

Booked specifically for the hot tub, for a short couples romantic trip…Absolutely will never stay at a holiday inn again. Literally, 300.00 for 2 nights and the hot tub was like warm and management knew but advertised it as working. Holes in the room wall, breakfast not included, too expensive for low quality. So disappointing. Never again!

The front desk staff is wonderful. It was a pleasure seeing Janiya and her welcoming personality each day of our stay. The larger size mini fridge was a plus as well.

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, polite, and always welcoming with a smile. My 7 year old son even commented how good it smelled. Beautiful and clean. Room was also cool when we walked in and not humid at all. Room stayed cold all night. Pool area was also very clean. Pool was very cold when we went in April but the hot tub was perfect! It was my first time at a Holiday Inn, I usually stay in resorts, but Im a gan of Holiday Inn now.

The parking situation was inconvenient, but the hotel was nice. The rooms were small, and there was no free breakfast. But everything was clean and the service was good. The pool was closed for maintenance, so we did not get to swim. Overall I would say it was average.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. It looks like they have done some remodeling, painting, etc. There are a few updates that are needed but I believe it is in progress. I would recommend this hotel.
