My stay was very pleasant. Staff were nice. Customer service was excellent. The hotel was clean & well kept. The breakfast was good with nice variety of options to choose from.

Great experience

The stay was good except for the fact that there was a $200 deposit that I had to pay when I arrived. Even though the room was paid for in advance. There is no information on the website in regards to this amount. I am actually still waiting for it to get back into my account.

It's a mile away from the stores and restaurants.

My experience was so so. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was small, without enough out lets. Beds were uncomfortable. Bed quality is most important thing and this wasn't good. Also no desk or bedside drawers. Weird! Closet was tiny, not a wall closet. 8-10 scale it's a 7

Love this place

We had a great experience. The beds were super comfortable, the place was clean and it smelled great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location if you find yourself needing accommodations in Center TX. We commuted to Nacogdoches and it was an easy, scenic drive

The elevator carpet was dirty.

Rooms were nice, but the rest of the hotel was under construction. The room rate was too high for the work being done. They were paint spraying on the exterior when we were leaving and we were parked right in front of where they were painting. Trash piled up behind hotel and windows were very dirty.

This hotel called me the day before check in and cancelled my reservation. They said they had no rooms.
