The property was not my family expected, it was much better than we thought it would be. We will definitely use IHG again just basing on this hotel.

Stephen was the only friendly staff member. The rest were meh. It was a nice location with great food choices 3 mins away walking distance.

The property is very nice. Great hotel. Hard to find parking with all of the construction equipment.

Convenient to downtown. Only two hotels in downtown area. All the rest are out by the interstate.

This was an extended Valentine's weekend trip to include a night for a work-related need for my wife. Make sure you go to the bar and make sure you meet john!

Bathroom fan in ceiling didn’t work, but everything else was good, would stay again

Architecture of the city is outstanding and unique. Hotel is right in the heart of the downtown.

10/10 would recommend!

We were there for a softball tournament and a homeless guy was aloud to enter the building twice. He was seen doing drugs on the 4th floor stairwell and then after a guest reported him, the guy entered the building again after about a half hour. This time he got into and elevator with 2 10 year old girls and thank god one of the other girls saw him and a parent stopped the door from shutting. The police was then called. If the front staff would have been more diligent at the front desk rather than sitting on the floor playing with the dog. He might have seen the man enter twice. The girls were terrified and the parents had to ensure the man was out of the building. Who know what could have happened if the parent would not have stopped that elevator?
