Clean room, friendly staff

We left the keys in the room and left by 9 am. We even said goodbye (with luggage in tow) to front desk attendant on our way out. I got a call at 12:30 pm asking if I had checked out and that they would charge me for late checkout for not checking out. I stay at a lot of hotels and leaving key in room if fairly standard practice, except for unique, boutique type hotels with real keys. Nothing was said at check in that I had to check out at front desk and the worker said nothing as we said goodbye on our way out. Was disappointed with this expereince.

Rooms were clean and spacious.

Nice place. Clean. Shuttle 24 hr to airport. Friendliest hotel staff and driver I’ve ever met. Affordable food pantry and free coffee. 100% would stay again.

Heather was a pleasure to deal with during check in. Convenient to the airport.

Clean and comfortable

The young gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond getting the tv in our room working. We were very grateful for his determination figuring out the problem and fixing it. Thank you! Clean room, helpful and friendly staff. Great location near the airport.

Good hotel for a quick over night great bed!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Good location. Our room was older and there was a strange smell the whole weekend.

Friendly efficient service, lots of little perks that made it fantastic.

The refrigerator leaked and noone seemed ro care at the front desk, mostly because it happened on a weekend. I returned to my room and before I had left I had just asked if someone could please put sone towels down on the puddle that was in the middle of the floor. Noone had done that. Luckily Mary the housekeeper was a few rooms down and was vwry responsive. She cleansed the water up immediately, said she thought it was the icemaker line leaking so she turned it off and pulled rhe fridge out and cleansed up the water behind rhe fridge. I saw her a little while later when I was returning to my sons football camp and she made sure everything was still good and it was. At checkout I rried telling the guy and he basically cut me off and downplayed it, and stated it was because not everyone uses the icemaker. And i said well just wanted to inform you of the issue and on 2 mornings in a row I had a puddle in my room.

I booked this hotel for the Fargo Marathon, and it was just perfect. Very friendly staff. Walking distance to the start line, free shuttle to the airport, and multiple food options within walking distance.

The customer service was great

The area is very nice & the rooms very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. The two things we did not like- The window curtains cannot be drawn fully & there is so much light even at 5:30 AM The bath tub drains very slowly.

Needs to serve breakfast.
