The property is quaint 4 storey house with 2 wings in old Quebec. A short walk to Chateau Frontenac & petit Champlain. Lots of cafes & restaurants around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking (daily rate) behind the property, which was very convenient. Continental Breakfast with lots of options, was included, which is always great when traveling. One of the challenges was the lack of storage in the room. It’s helpful to have some shelving or rack to air out formal wear or jackets. There were just few coat hooks which we felt wasn’t enough but didn’t take away from the experience. Also, no elevators. Be prepared to carry your luggage 2 flights, if your room ends up on the 4th floor. Not a big deal for us, but definitely something to be aware of. The one solid con was the tiny sink in the bathroom. This was annoying. The bathroom was not small so a bigger sink would have been good to have. Overall, our experience was great! We would definitely stay again.

Great access to old city with great food options nearby. Parking convenient, ACCESS THRU A SMALL ALLEY so if u r driving a large vehicle this could be a concern. Staff was great Remember this building is a couple hundred years old so rooms are small but they did an excellent job with the layout.

Great location in a cool historic building. Breakfasts were great!

Room was beautiful, huge luxurious bathroom and exposed stone wall. Bed was comfy. Ethan at the front desk helped carry up our luggage (note - no elevators). Included breakfast was above average.

PRO: A beautiful hotel in a gerat location. Very clean. Room felt newly renovated. Nice breakfast. On-site parking was available (limited space). Very friendly staff. CON: Small washroom.

Room was clean, quiet , comfortable. Breakfast fantastic. Lack of elevator a bit of an issue with room on the fifth floor. 3 out of 4 employees were nice and helpful.

Great location in old town

I loved my stay in this unique hotel in the heart of Vieux Quebec. I was in a 'superior queen' room facing the street, and it was spacious and very quiet, yet walking distance to everything. The bedding and towels were high quality, the temperature easy to adjust, and the rainfall shower was sublime. Hair and shower gel were from a Quebec maker and also high quality. Breakfast was generous and there was a coffee maker and fridge in the room. In other reviews, some people complain about size, stairs, and lack of amenities - if that is what you want instead of living in a piece of history, then there are large hotels further away that will provide that, but if you want to be housed in living history, while enjoying modernized rooms, beds and bathrooms, this is the place!

When we arrived, we were welcomed by Rodney. He was extremely helpful - he came outside with us to check the kind of vehicle we had and then suggested the best parking to park our truck, he showed us the stairs to our rooms, and showed us where to go for breakfast the following morning. Rodney also suggested a few restaurants for dinner and chatted with us when we returned to the hotel after dinner. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable.

Wonderful stay! Great location! Large clean room and bathroom! Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety! Would definitely stay here again- and staff were very friendly and accommodating! Just FYI- no elevator- but we were fine with it!

Great value hotel near alll the restaurants and bars plains of Abraham the citadel No elevator so plenty of stairs to climb

Great location in Old Quebec City. Minutes to restaurants, shopping and more. Very convenient parking and very good breakfast. Would definitely return!
