Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut super! Alles bequem zu Fuß, per Bus oder Bahn zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war ok. Leider gehört zum kontinentalen Frühstück kein Rüheei dazu. Das wäre nur per teurem Aufpreis als english breakfast zu bekommen. Das ist schade!

Have stayed before, fabulous city centre hotel. Clean tidy, friendly.

The location is really convenient. We got a very noisy room (011), and there are people outside from early morning making noise. The bed was not the best, and there's a bump at the header. The breakfast is good, but a little bit expensive.

The AC wasn’t working. Our room was 28.5 degrees. Hot! We had to open the window and turn on a fan. In the early morning hours the garage trucks came by along with the glass recyclers. Breaking glass was noisy. My choice- be hot with window closed or lots of noise with window open.

Spaces room, perfect location for exploring London!

The worst hotel experience ever. We arrived and had registered for a Superior Deluxe Room. The first room we were given was a small basement room with two small windows. We refused this room. We were then moved to a first-floor room which was certainly not the room we saw in the photo when we registered. Much smaller without the chairs and table. We took this room and asked to be moved to the proper room but there was none available. The next day we were moved to the proper Superior Double Room, but the air conditioning was leaking on the bed. We were moved again to a room for the final two nights of our stay. This should have been the room we were given the first night. We asked for a discount for the first two nights and were told they would check with management. We asked this three times and always had the same answer. No discount on the first two nights ever happened. We were happy to leave this hotel and will never go back. After a day, I received a survey from the hotel and basically put the same comments in it that I put here. No response from the hotel.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Cleaning is not properly done

The environment is conducive, quiet and nice.

Perfect location. Small room but OK and nice view towards a garden. Nice breakfast with all you need.

スタッフは最高です。 ただバスルームの下水が臭くてストレス。建物が古すぎて上の足音が夜中3時半-5時半以外はずっと煩くて眠れなかった。サービスとスタッフは本当に良かったのですが、もう泊まりません。

Hotel bien ubicado.

Property needs some maintenance work for upkeep, especially in the room I stayed in. The staff were fine. The hotel is in a great part of London. Daily room service was great came back to tidy room with fresh towels every night of my stay.

Not sure about this one. My first room was a room in the cellar. With a small window which was covered with greenery. I complained about that room as I expected something else from the booking info. I was changed to a room on the first floor overlooking the street. That was a nice room, very spacious. The furniture had seen better days but all in all a nice room. Turned out, that the AC did not work in that room and I am pretty sure that the staff knew about it. We started at about 25 degrees, after the first night it was 27,5 degrees. We thought it was strange, maybe we did not set the ac right. We left for the day and when we came back in the evening it was 30 degrees. I complained and was promised somebody would look at it. That person come and told us, that we could Open the windows and use a fan that was in the cupboard. As an apology we could have breakfast the next day. Ok I thought, that is a compromise. Breakfast the next day was very overrun and we could only get a small table for two for the three of us. We did not even have enough space for our plates. So, all together I have to say that the staff was absolutely brilliant. They tried very hard to make our stay good but I would not stay there again.

Nice location, cute exterior. No wall outlet next to the bed, which makes charging your phone impractical. Wi-Fi was very shotty, connection was bad even for scrolling; videomeetings impossible. TV set was from the 90’s. Staff was kind and nice.

Mycket serviceminded och trevlig personal. MEN det krävs mer för att vara ett 4stjärnigt hotell ; wifi fungerade inte fullt ut, värmesystemet fungerade inte, remote control fattades men personalen försökte lösa det hela även om de inte lyckades fullt ut.

Decent hotel close to Leicester square in London, the area was nice. The room was quite small. The bed was comfortable. I think it's a good hotel for a base to explore London without having to spend too much on transport. Overall a good experience as we always had a decent night's sleep, very quiet and the blackout curtains were great! Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Ágætlega staðsett, starfsfólkið mjög hjálplegt og kurteist. Herbergið stórt og notalegt en gott að hafa með inniskó þar sem það er frekar kalt á baðherberginu. Gott og snyrtilegt hótel en orðið frekar þreytt.
