We did not have actual bath towels, seemed more like pool towels. Our Coffee wasn't refilled so we were left with decaf for the morning. Little things that should be addressed.

The pool was not very big & there’s no hot tub. Everything else was great!

We had a nice stay only a couple things. Room smelled of strong cleaner, but no dirt! No hand towels or faceclothes.

Breakfast- not the greatest, eggs were weird and the sausage patties are very strange. 24/7 coffee is not a thing. Could use some gluten free breakfast options. Rooms were good, towels were hard to come by. We got pool towels quite a bit of the week we were there. All around pretty good spot with a family of 5.

The hotel was great, friendly staff and housekeeping was professional and kind. Breakfast was decent, we very much liked that they showed what was going to be for breakfast each day for the whole week on a sign so we knew what it was before we went.

The stay in the Hotel was excellent!!! The staff was very helpful. The hotel premises are nice with ample parking. The layout of the suite room is nice and spacious.

The property is close to car rental spaces and to the YYZ Toronto Pearson Airport

The staff were so welcoming and cheerful. They made transportation recommendations to help cut down taxi fares for our group and even took a group photo of us! They genuinely cares about our trip and asked us how we enjoyed our activity of the day :) This is rare to find nowadays!!

Rooms were large and well set up. Staff very pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t the best food and the overall ambiance even with the Renovations was still a very dated and old hotel. TVs still ran on coaxial cable and the hotel was very dark.

The place is clean and the staffs are very helpful. The free breakfast could be improved as the eggs were a little dry but other than that we had a good time staying here

Vary nice room with kitchen

The room was very well laid out but there was a lot of scents used in cleaning and not the normal bleach and lemony scents So I was having trouble breathing (allergies) But the staff was very helpful and location was great! Workout facilities were top notch as well!
