Staff is very kind, we were there in the hottest week of the year, and the ownership just bought the hotel. They will change complete the structure and next year the hotel will be very different with air conditioner. Suggested for strategic position for next year!

El hotel no tenía aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que hacía ruido, y la bañera tenía cortinas poco higiénicas.El domingo había personal del hotel a primera hora pero no había nadie custodiando las maletas a las 12:45 de la mañana cuando fuimos a recoger las maletas

L'établissement est bien placé vers le centre de Carcassonne. Grande chambre en état moyen. Salle de bain avec une petite douche. Prix abordable. Petit déjeuner avec l'essentiel. L'établissement est référencé Accueil vélo et dispose bien d'un moyen de stationnement de vélo sous en préaux à l'arrière. Toutefois il n'y a pas de support vélo (appui contre le mur), ni de point d'ancrage.

Very noisy hotel I can't explain what all the noises were but there was a lot of them! It's basic but ok for few nights stay with no frills . Great location and easy to find . Lots to do around the hotel.

Très bon séjour, chambres confortables et pratiques. L'hôtel est idéalement situé et la gérante est de très bon conseil sur les activités à faire pour découvrir Carcassonne. Literie très confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. Malgré la feria qui se tenait en centre ville nous étions au calme.

Very antiquated, shower curtain smelled. The lady in charge/owner was lovely though, helpful, and spoke English.

Cet hôtel est bien situé et proche des commerces Un peu vieillot il est resté dans son jus et sans climatisation mais l’accueil a été très chaleureux et notre hôtesse nous a très bien conseillé sur les parkings et restaurants … on oublie les inconforts

La habitación que nos dieron era muy antigua, baño con baldosas repintadas y cortina de ducha sucia. Faltaba luz en los apliques de la cama. Sabanas con alguna rasgadura y somier viejo y sucio. Estuvimos solo un noche, afortunadamemte. Lo mejor, su ubicación.

Hotel gut gelegen zur Innenstadt.

Chambre : literie confortable mais éclairage trop faible pour lire. Son TV trop bas. Douche : j'aurais préféré une douche à l'italienne ou il y a moins de risque de chute. Les sièges de la salle à manger un peu petits pour des adultes.
