We had an amazing stay! The staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved the pool area as well as the special club level lounge. We can’t say enough good things about the hotel and staff!

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things too. Wonderful.

A very pleasant stay.

The room was dated and unclean You can hear everything from the room next door The amenities were cheap and insufficient, for $500aud per night you oly get cheap dry freeze coffee and the very average tea bag.

This hotel has two different faces. The first is a quiet, tropical haven. The second face is a transfer site for huge groups of travellers.

Incredible wonderful base of stay to visit Angkor wat and Siem reap. This is an oasis of five star service. But it is not walkable or close to downtown hot spots like pub street and the area outside the compound is a commercial road. The hotel compound itself is a wonderful place to stay with incredible restaurants and service inside. The rooms are airy filled with light and overlook a beautiful central pond with lotuses. The staff is amazing and the entire ambiance is delightful. It’s perfect for a family vacation.

I would really recommend an improvement on the food. Breakfast was amazing. But somehow the poolside bar and dinner restaurant food are below average. Overall we had a really good stay. So if the food is better it would probably be our best stay ever.

Fabuloso

Wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food available was a mixture of local and international. We ate local whenever possible as it was very good. Only downside some of the fixtures around the amazing pool area are in need of refurbishment but that would not stop anyone having a wonderful time here.
