Rooms were average and high priced for the age. Beds and TV were old. Room AC was very loud. $250/night was steep. Staff were great and the grounds upkeep was excellent.

Very nice setting and exterior of property was lovely. Room was nice. AC worked well. Bathroom was clean. But found a used bandaid by a chair and a large ripple potato chip under a bed among small bits of debris. Room should have had a more thorough cleaning.

Beautiful, quiet place for a relaxing get away.

We had booked back to back nights at separate times and asked that we keep the same room for the two nights and were told yes….when we arrived we were told that some one had changed the room for our second night when they shouldn’t have. Even though they were fully booked, the staff was accommodating and changed thing around so we stayed in the same room for both nights even though the room was not as good. But..no problem..the staff was great about it.

Great hotel, the picture is deceiving though, the hotel is beside the building pictured, nice restaurant there though, I’d stay again 👍

Hotel has beautiful surroundings. A little run down, but notes on the door say a reno is happening. We were on the main floor and could hear everything. The people upstairs kept us up til midnight klompimg around and talking super loud. The walls and ceilings are very thin. Unfortumate!!

Strictly a place to stay close to family funeral and overdue visit with family members who were attending.

The grounds are quite nice. Pool was full of people.Did not golf. Had a yipping little dog that was left alone in its room a few doors down that you could hear the ENTIRE TIME. Casino was meh. Food was good though.

Beautiful grounds- lots of flowers-lots of benches on which to sit and read.

This is a beautiful property and you can see the care taken in maintaining a certain charm and aesthetic. The Numa restaurant is amazing and has a small but delicious menu. The service at the restaurant is fabulous. All the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said two of our three windows did not open and the sills were full of bugs and dust. The bedside tables veneers were peeling and the toilet paper rivalled that you would find in a derelict gas station, it was on a sticking metal roll wheel and the tp was hard industrial/commercial grade.

The service was amazing and the hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a fantastic anniversary supper at Nima’s.

Front desk staff was amazing. Everyone at the resort was friendly and helpful. The waitress for the casino slots was the best!

Bathroom door needed maintenance....couldn't close. Room 2310.

The grounds and outdoor areas are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff are mostly great. If you have kids that like to golf, kids 16 & under golf free after 3pm with an adult. This was a HUGE perk for us! Our complaints are: - laundry facilities are not at the hotel (at the RV ground) - Housekeeping staff were very rude and it took asking them four times until we finally got our room cleaned after three days being there - no bike racks at the hotel (had to keep them outside at the RV ground) - poolside umbrellas are falling apart and pose hazards as they are not secured properly due to them falling apart - pool closes at 10, would be nice to be able to swim until 11pm - no kids eating options/menus at any restaurants on the resort - the whole resort is dated and smells musty and old. - the wallpaper is peeling throughout the hotel - bathrooms have mildew - patio & patio door tracks are filthy If you’re staying for a couple nights or less, it’s a great place but any longer, I would recommend going somewhere else.
