Good hotel and very friendly

Pool wasn't clean so didn't swim.

When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by a horrible smell. First room they gave me toilet handle was broke off and lid was removed. Like they wanted me to lift the plunger each time. Room had an odor. Went down to change rooms. 2nd room was better. Pool had weird bubbles floating. Then they shut it down a day later. Was shut down for the 4 days we were there. Breakfast consist of two kinds of granola bars and juice even though sign says great start breakfast. Called down to desk about doors slamming. He said nothing can be done. It was 11:30pm. When my husband called to be rung to me room staff could barely speak English and my husband couldn’t be transferred. Spoke with other staff and they said owners refuse to put any money into the hotel. It is very run down. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else. We go to St Robert’s every summer for family and we will never stay here ever again even if it means we sleep in our vehicle.

This is an amazing motel. However it DOES NOT have truck parking.

They were very professional and the room was clean.

Room was hig and spacious heat didnt work fridge was dirty beds were hard and their was a bed bug skeleton on one of the wash clothes

Good overall experience, no issues. Internet booking and on site check-in went smoothly.

The room was handicap accessible which I needed. The room meet all my needs. Very Comfortable and clean. We were disappointed that with having a breakfast area, there was no breakfast items avaliable and no breakfast service at all. We had to go out for breakfast food. I would recommend that they have breakfast service for the hotel guests since there a breakfast room.

The only bad experience was there was NO breakfast as how they stated. I wasn’t the only one looking for breakfast as how a few other couples were too. They offered coffee and granola bars

I booked this.. then read reviews that they had bedbugs so i canceled it... contacted the hotels they said so it threw hitels.com.... did there to.... but yet still for charged... called hotels to see why and he was very rude and said they had no reservation under my name but yet i have a cgarge in my bank from them

Continental breakfast was coffee, granola bar and juice

When we arrived into our room, the room was not cleaned. There was hair all over the toilet, there was no soaps, the towels were dirty. There was food in the fridge, no cups to use with the coffee pot. The beds are not much more comfortable than an army cot. The "continental breakfast" consisted of granola bars and coffee. The pool is very small, and the water was so cold we couldn't swim (heaters are not working), the elecrical exercise equipment didn't work. We booked this motel as it was a Super 8, and we've had good experiences with Super 8 in the past. It is very apparent the owners here are doing just enough to stay open, and not putting anything back into the building. I would not stay here again.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bedroom carpet was the dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel room. The place really needs a good cleaning and needs to be updated. Their free breakfast consisted of granola bars, coffee, juice.

The room we ended up with was a smoking room. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the walls were filthy and the room smelled bad.

Friendly staff. No breakfast. A granola bar and coffee or orange juice. They let us use. The cafeteria for socializing with our family from another state. But bedding and room needed attention.

It was very noisy
