Bel hôtel avec un verre de vin offert en guise de bienvenue, quartier avec plein de magasins, seul le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant en termes de choix. Route passante et bruyante devant. J'ai demandé une chambre au calme on m'a attribué une chambre malheureusement sur cette route.

Nice staff at front desk and in Bistro. Surprisingly generous menu. Nice that they give guests a welcome drink and breakfast. Clean, carpet is dated but otherwise nice. Feels safe.

Great Staff and property

The stay was really nice. We didnt get house keeping cause they came when we were still sleeping. The elevator was out of order our entire stay which was a let down but that was out of control when it needed to be repaired. The breaksfast included in the room every moening was fantastic. Worh it

This is our second stay at Oxford Suites, Silverdale. We like it's location, service, comfortable rooms and dining options. The water view doesn't hurt, either! Good place to rest before embarking on the long drive to western Montana. Will be back for a other stay for sure!

At the cost of the room rate i would have expected more. The carpet in the halls hould have neen replaced a could of years ago. The doors to the rooms had to be lifted or pushed to lock. Not a bad place to stay but not the place to charge top dollar for. I expected more bases on price.

The lighting needs improvement, everything is quite dark. The bathtub needs a grab bar due to the height of the bathtub wall. The cost of the room is excessive for the area. I had to ask to have my room made up daily. For these prices I don’t think you should have to ask for that service. The elevator is very slow and is the only one serving the whole hotel. The staff in the dining room and front desk were great and very personable. I don’t understand the need for a ticket for the breakfast since no body checks to see if you have one. No other hotel that I have stayed at used a ticket for breakfast.

The forth floor was ver dirty, felt like a different hotel compared to first floor. The price was not in alignment with amenities and cleaning. Won’t return.

I loved that they really accommodated me when I requested a room near the entrance due to my knee problem.

Beautiful location

Customer service was excellent from the moment we booked. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, the mall, grocery store, and waterfront park. We stayed in an extended stay king suite with a kitchenette, which was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils for three. The only thing missing was a cutting board. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great and well maintained. We loved that the pool temperature was actually cool and not luke warm. We also appreciated extended pool hours at this hotel. The pool is open from 7 am to 11 pm. We did not partake in the complimentary cocktail hour. Each adult received a coupon for one of the following: a glass of wine, one beer, or well drink. Breakfast was decent. They had fresh fruit, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, made to order eggs and an omlette bar. I also saw bagels, bread, and mini muffins in a case by the bar. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is solely because we had chain smokers next door. Our room was on the lower lowel with a door that lead to a beautiful lawn with water views. We could not open the window or hang out on the lawn because the two people next door chain smoked the entire time. What made it worse was the cigarette smoke was being sucked in by the AC unit so we were breathing in 2nd hand smoke. At one point, we had to leave the room because the smell was so strong.

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The dining experience for breakfast very good and staff accommodating. The dining area and bar area are immaculate. The room is tired looking. The lounge chair had rips and large stains and decor faded. Not a good look or feel. The pool area in serious need of an upgrade.

Great location could walk to the waterfront and playground.
