Very spacious and comfortable room. Convenient location to boot.

Had a suite for parents plus 4 teenage boys, very clean, plenty of room with 2 bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, something for everyone

Staff super friendly and really nice breakfast, pool and hot tub are clean and kids loved the water slide.

Room was perfect for our 4 person family. The bedroom suite is a little tight with the closet style doors but the usefulness far outweighs the little inconvenience. Room was kept very clean, walls are solid and didn’t hear much of other guests, loved the amenities on property and convenient location so it was easy to get anywhere. Can park at the Sunridge mall and C Train anywhere if you want. Will definitely be back.

The breakfast was very good. The showers were always hot no matter what time of day. The staff were by very helpful. The pool was a little cool but the hot tub was hot. They cleaned our room everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Excellent stay. Our room needs some minor maintenance as it was showing quite a bit of wear and tear but everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and so helpful with anything we needed.

The suites were absolutely perfect for families—very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a great start to our day. The front desk agent was pleasant, though she could use a bit more training on basic hotel knowledge and near by stores and restaurants. Overall, a very nice stay!

The pool was not open when we checked in, maintenance. The next morning the pool was still really cold still had not fully heated up from being down. The hot tub was usable, was at operating temp. The breakfast was good, but no yogurt? Usually this is a stable. Great location, I will certainly book here again 5 to 15minutes from alot of attractions, stores, malls, movie theaters, restaurants etc. Beds were very comfortable and having the small kitchen was fantastic, the whole reason that I booked into this hotel, I find this feature is something I will not go back on since finding them so convenient to have.

Check in was fine. Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Hair all over the beds. The door handle was broken and rusty. Mold and rust in tub. Beds were extremely squeaky, soft (sink into the bed and unstable. I thought my mom was going to fall off the bed. When I called front desk about this I was told “all our mattresses are like this”. Pilllows even though noted soft and firm were flat like pancake. Did not sleep a wink and had extreme back pain. Rooms were dark - not enough lighting. Kitchen amenities were fine. Outlets were awkwardly placed. There is not fan in the washroom. Simple things like hangers were plastic from the dollar store. Breakfast was horrible - undercooked hashbrowns, eggs and burnt bacon. You could hear large ogs barking next door due to couple having a very interesting argument. At night kids, playing and talking from above us. This stay was horrible. Next day I checked out and requested a refund. I paid good money for my stay and was highly disappointed.

Full suite and kitchen with standard fridge and freezer, range, dishwasher. Nice and spacious rooms.
