The front desk staff are not very friendly or acknowledging of issues. The Air Con, although essential cannot be turned down, so sadly makes the room too cold. It requires a proper control panel

Maybe a little dated but nice big room, friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast was also good.

Fint, eldre hotell, gode senger, fin balkong. Ok frokost. Veldig fint basseng men noe sjuskete renhold rundt og i bassenget. Rett ved golfbanen så flott for oss golfere, men ellers lite å finne på. Ok restauranter på hotellet, restaurant-«stripa» 6-700 m fra hotellet var en trist plass.

The hotel was very nice and clean, staff were helpful and attentive. We did have some issues with air conditioning in the room which we were told was being sorted but were unfortunately not during our stay meaning that our room was very warm at night due to the hot weather.

Very poor choice of menu for half board . Irish bar food of very basic standard. Inedible. Blue Terrace excellent - but a very restrictive menu for a 5 day stay. Rooms refurbished without an eye for detail . Some dated and unreliable plumbing. Water completely off one evening without warning. Drain smells . Poor bathroom lighting. Noise from room above etc Impressive public areas but lots of maintenance issues . Not a 5 or even a 4 star hotel .

The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. We were told that outdoor pool was heated, but it was ice cold.

Large well appointed hotel on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. Spacious clean, very large rooms with large bathrooms. Close to all facilities and the restaurants and bars on the strip.

Vi hade ett fantastiskt rum och fantastiskt utsikt

The room was very tired looking with fittings coming off the wall (like the towel hook), the bed was very uncomfortable (it felt like it hasn’t been replaced since the hotel was built…), and the room was unbearably hot, with no possibility to change the temperature apart from switching the heating off. All of this made us check out after only one night. This was very disappointing as this stay was to celebrate our anniversary.

Definitely NOT 5 star...might have been 20 years ago but not now. Finishes thruout were worn and out of style.

Instalaciones de 5* pero servicios de 4*. En la habitación no había ni zapatillas de cortesía ni albornoz para bajar al spa. El papel del WC es de pésima calidad. No hay body mil en el baño y los amenities para una persona solo. El bufé del desayuno bueno pero no para un 5*. Variedad justa

de kamer was zeer goed. bad en douche met warm water. ruime kamer. koelkast gevuld met lekkers. rustig en geen geluid op onze kamer.
