Clean

It was clean, safe and quiet. The rooms were spacious. Came with microwave, coffee pot, etc. The lady in the office was very helpful and accommadating. Definitely a place to check out when visiting.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I also love the pool.

Pros: Price, location, clean Cons: extremely small, tv didn’t work, everything is old and outdated.

This hotel should not be listed on Expedia. To have Expedia have such an awful place rated highly as a place to stay in the Fort Lauderdale is shameful. This place needs to be remodeled and deep cleaned. I cannot imagine anyone satisfied with staying there. I have no idea who the people are that give this hotel high ratings. To top it off they know how dissatisfied people will be when they get to their hotel, that they have a no refund policy in place. I guess I should have known it was too good to be true.

I’m torn on leaving this review, the property and location is great value for money. I rented 2 separate rooms for 2 nights during our stay. We had room #113 which was great, no issue. The other room where we stay was #212. Room was clean and cozy, no complain but there was this faint urine smell, I assumed maybe there's a pipe or bathroom was near. During the night, the urine stench gradually increase, almost to a point I could not sleep at all because the urine smell was so strong. Could not figure it out, checked the bed, bathroom and nothing. I messaged the direct contact to see if we can switch room in the middle of the night and got a reply to wait till morning time to see for another room. I did not sleep at all for the rest of the night due to that extreme urine smell. When morning time came, I lifted the bed sheets and bed cover to find out the mattress itself was covered in urine stain (maybe from previous rentals). It was disgusting to see that a bed cover was placed over that stain including all the urine that soaked into the mattress itself. I took a picture and video to send to front desk and was told they'll look into it.

We rented two rooms for two nights. Location and room was great value for the money. One room 113 was great no issue, our other room number #212 had this urine smell. During the night we could not sleep and the smell of urine got stronger which we could not pinpoint. I text the lobby contact number for a changing room and was told to wait till morning time. The whole night I cannot sleep due to the strong stench of urine. In the morning, I took off the bedsheet and cover to discover the mattress had urine stain most likely from previous guest, but had bed cover sheets over it. The urine must have soaked into the mattress, causing this unbearable stench. I took pictures and videos of the stain and sent it to the front desk.

Great location! Location for the price is unbeatable.

I liked that the property was near the beach. And that it gave more of a Homie atmosphere. I didn’t like the noisiness at times.

Right across from the beach. Older facility. But bathroom fixtures were updated. Not much to the room. Old style motel entrance. No elevator. Pool is small. Big refrigerator but not a lot of room for storage or sitting. Would stay again can walk along the beach all day long

I was shocked to find out how good of a deal we got, especially for booking only days in advance. The room was very spacious, it was clean and comfortable, and had good amenities. The pool was clean and real nice. The staff was very pleasant. I would book this place again.

The room was very dirty there was bugs ,roaches and even a gecko .it’s was absolutely disgusting there was even a bug that looked like bed bug

No ice machine , no elevator , no lights in the stairways. the pool hasn’t been cleaned in a long time . The list goes on and on ……
