Room was good, but there were some shady spots on the carpet. A bit more room cleaning would be welcomed. Else the view, the staff and the breakfast are very good.

Personnel gentil et bel hotel

The Grand Time Hotel looks clean at first, and the carpet does not smell, which is a plus. However, the room itself is very disappointing. The room is extremely dark due to heavy black curtains and outdated furniture — you have to keep all the lights on, which is not comfortable. The bathroom is also very outdated and needs renovation. The bed was supposed to be a queen but felt small and was very uncomfortable. The TV is almost useless, with very limited channels and no option to cast or use streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. Another major issue is housekeeping: there is no daily cleaning unless you request it. This is not clearly explained at check-in, and the only information is on a small card in the room that’s easy to miss. Overall, while the hotel seems clean at first glance, the outdated rooms, poor comfort, and lack of clear service make it hard to recommend.

Room and hotel were very clean. Good location just 10 minutes from old Quebec. Large mall right across from hotel. Very convenient for shopping and food.

Shower head was half unscrewed : water everywhere! And did not find an easily accessible garbage bin outside the room.
