Great trip. Excellent service.

The fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate throughout the day was an excellent perk of staying here! My only complaint is the bathroom had a shower area which did not stop water from flowing to the floor area. It may have been a wheelchair accessible room. However, I did not need that accommodation and found it messy to have the water flow out of the shower area. It was only a two night stay so I didn't bother asking for a room change. Otherwise, it was a great stay - clean, comfortable, friendly folks, got a late checkout on request, free breakfast.

Lovely staff and facility

Microtel offers same services , less money. I like this hotel....However for just one night. no need to expend $258 if I can find same service for $150.

It was second time staying at this facility. Rooms were clean and staff was helpfull. We were there for college softball. Weather got in the way and the hotel dtaff member allowed us to check out late, which was super helpful.

I took my daughters and her friends to visit colleges and stayed here for one night. The room was spotless, staff was amazing and the breakfast was a plus!! I would 100 percent stay here again!

This was my first time in Binghamton NY. It was a short drive from the Binghamton airport to here. I found the building was very clean, had ample parking and lighting. The room was large and didn’t have any weird smells. 🙏 I was needing to extend my stay for one more night. I went though Expedia’s website and it showed that there were no rooms available, I called the front desk and was able to extend my stay an additional night. The staff is courteous and friendly. The morning breakfast is fantastic! If you’re ever in the Binghamton NY area, I highly encourage you to stay here.

Best hotel that I stayed at in a long time very clean staff was very friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable again I'm very impressed it's been a long time since I've stayed at a nice hotel didn't think they had him anymore.

Only one staff member available to assist customers. Needed more staff, especially on a weekend.

I like the room because it was spacious and pretty clean but water pressure for shower was too low.

Room was comfortable, quiet and clean Heating in room seemed a bit off Breakfast was good with some options Easy check out

Lovely stay

There was food in the refrigerator (half covered salad) that had not been cleared out before we checked in. I let the front desk know, they apologized and said they would take care of it. When we returned to our room later that day, the food was still there. Not a big deal but if you say you’re going to take care of it, I expect it will be taken care of. I could have easily thrown it into the trash but i didn’t know how old it was, and really did not want it making the room smell. Other than that, the stay was fine. The staff were all very friendly.
