Más que terrible, le puse una sola estrella porque no me toma 0 estrellas. Dormimos la primera noche porque llegamos muy tarde pero perdí los otros días. Estaba el baño lleno de moho no me provocó ni siquiera bañarme, toda la habitación en mal estado piso dañado clóset roto etc. Además de los indigentes casi que enfrente del hotel.

THB most of this ares is rather dated and tired however putting that to one side i would not recommend staying at this hotel we only selected as it was close to the venue but wished we selected more wisely.

Points positifs: l'accueil est agréable, le personnel est serviable et professionnel. C'est un hôtel fait pour dormir uniquement. Le petit déjeuner buffet , café à volonté. Tres proche à pied du centre historique et lagare Autre atout :

We had a really good time in Palermo, the hotel is very well located in the city centre. We booked a standard double room.The room was not clean, there was lots of dust and our bathroom had a very large patch of black mould in the corner above the shower, we complained but no one came to clean it. The safe had no batteries in it and we couldn't use it. In general the room was more hostel styled, the double bed was two singles beds pushed together and the mattresses were different thicknesses and firmness so it wasnt a very comfortable sleep for a couple, there was also a set of metal bunk beds in the corner that felt strange. All in all it was cheap and well located, you could probably survive one night in it for a city base, you won't want to spend much time there. Breakfast was ok, coffee was nice and it was nice to have a 24/7 reception.

The shower was falling apart and couldn’t close the door so the room filled with water. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Everything looked like it needed a good handyman. Really good breakfast. We were 2 people and they put us in a room for 4 people. We couldn’t move

We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. The reception is rude and not even understand English. The breakfast staff is rude, too. The blue sheet is dirty. Will never come back.

El establecimiento husmeó en mis objetos personales y botaron mi placa dental. El personal de limpieza botó mi placa dental que estaba en el baño junto a mis objetos personales. No se hacen responsables de nada, nadie habla inglés ni español en el lugar. No dan la cara ni se comunican. Cuando llegamos con mi pareja me dieron mal la habitación y no son amables o atentos.

L'hotel è vecchio e tenuto male. È all'interno di un vecchio palazzo; le camere sono al 4 piano ma il portone in fondo è sempre spalancato, può entrare chiunque perchè la reception è al terzo piano con una porta chiusa ma il 4 piano è completamente aperto. La colazione non è un gran ché. Non lo consiglio.

Hotel situato vicino al centro storico, ottima posizione fronte stazione centrale. Personale cordiale, camera con letti comodi e buona colazione a buffet.

Mein Sohn und ich haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl und ruhig gefühlt. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit. Das Beste war, dass ich mein Gepäck für ein paar Stunden im Gepäckraum lassen konnte und durch die Stadt spazieren konnte, bevor ich den nächsten Zug nahm. Dieses Hotel wird meine erste Wahl sein, wenn ich wieder nach München komme.

Just one complaint… no Iron at the property and receptionist was rude about it !!!

Great location.

No primeiro momento tivemos um impacto negativo porque o elevador é muito antigo (porta pantográfica) e a recepção fica no 3º andar, mas, quando entramos no quarto a impressão melhorou porque este está recem reformado, embora falte algum acabamento. Mas é um hotel bem simples.

Sentral beliggenhet, men det var det eneste positive og si om hotellet. Ikke servicevennlig betjening. Elendig frokost. Slitt og svært ukoselig hotell.

Vi måtte bytte hotell pga overbooking. Vi skulle bo i nærheten av barnebarn, men ble henvist til et hotell ca 1.5 km unna. Dette var et lite hyggelig strøk. En skuffende og slitsom opplevelse. Vi er eldre og dette ble en ubehagelig opplevelse.

Ottima la posizione dell'hotel, vicino la fermata bus per areoporto, limitrofo alle vie principali, pasticceria sotto, buona colazione in una sala storica con affreschi e volte dipinte, buona scelta. La camera purtroppo una grande delusione. Era mansardata, finestra piccola (non so se rispetti i limiti di legge di areazione), vetro singolo delle case anni 50, armadio con 2 cassetti assenti, schienale dell armadio rotto, sembrava di stare in una casa per barboni, è srato imbarazzante. Bagno rifatto, però probabilmente il sifone del lavabo non funzionava perchè era perenne una puzza di fogna, tanto che le donne delle pulizie ultimo giorno han gettato ammoniaca (si sentiva odore). Cornice della porta in bagno mancante...come fosse un cantiere...e prima notte lo split acceso e il telecomando non funzionava, quindi reduci anche da un bel mal di gola. Il giorno seguente ho richiesto cambio camera ma dicono non c'era possibilita...anche se da sito internet dava disponibilità, per lo meno mi han sistemato lo split ed il telecomando ha funzionato. Unica nota positiva il personale di reception sempre disponibile e cercare di arginare i problemi della struttura e del gestore che evidentemente non vuol investire per limitare il tracollo. Nota importante ero al piano superiore, il quarto, camera tripla (non richiesta), forse il terzo piano (dove è reception e sala colazione) è migliore, visto è un palazzo antico, sarà stato il piano nobile. Pavimento e battiscopa poi scollato e rovinato!

They didn't check us in and had to transfer us to another hotel from the same company due to plumbing issues. The girl at the reception not only didnt offer transportation to the hotel, she gave us direction on how to get there by foot. Although it was 20min walk (with luggage) only after we complained, they called a taxi to take us there. The bathroom light was broken and it took them a day and a half to fix it. We stayed only for 2 nights. They didn't clean the tables at the breakfast room after each customer.(breakfast served to the hotel guests by the next door cafe). The hotel was across the central train station, dirty, unsafe and noisy at night.
